Review: I hired Shelly to be my photographer for my wedding which was held on May 4, 2014. I paid her for her services and as of today Oct 31, 2015 I have yet to receive ANY pictures from my wedding. I have tried to contact Shelly Multiple times via E-Mail, phone, Facebook, etc. with no results. I've only been able to get in contact with her a few times and the last time was well over 6 months ago. She refuses to send me my photos or even contact me back to let me know the issue. It's really sad that I paid her for services and I haven't received a single photo from my special day. My friends and family who got married after I did already received theirs (Shelly was not their photographer) so I know that I should of received them a long time a go. I also have the invoice and the contract if that is needed.Desired Settlement: I would like my wedding pictures that were promised to me and that I already paid for. My wedding was an extremely special day that Shelly helped capture on film and it's really sad and bothersome that I can't even receive the photos that capture the moments. Either Shelly can send me my photos or send me my money back. If I don't receive any than I will be subject to file charges. Before this all occurred I recommended Shelly to my friends and family who were due to get married but after this I would not recommend her at all. My wedding was May 4, 2014 and like I said I still ha ve yet to receive any pictures.

Review: I ordered a photography package from Simply Shelly Lynn Photography, including a photo session, and subsequently ordered portraits and Christmas cards from the business. There were several problems with the portraits and prints which I ordered. I met with the owner ([redacted])on 12/28/14 and explained the problems. She agreed to make the corrections, which include:- Touch up #5 to fix the lighting differential on my son's face - Reprint the 8x10 - Provide a partial refund on the Christmas cards, given that the picture was washed out and over-exposed - Provide a 4x6 print of #53 [redacted] replied on 12/31 with "I will get this done as soon as I can." I sent follow up emails on 2/2/15, 2/10/15 and 3/15/15, as well as an email on the Simply Shelly Lynn website around 3/31/15, all with no reply.I have heard nothing from Simply Shelly Lynn Photography on resolving this matter since the email confirming she would do so on 12/31/14.Desired Settlement: I would like to obtain the above referenced corrections to the order, as well as a refund of the Christmas Cards. I would further like to obtain an additional amount of $50 to partially off-set the cost for another photography session with a different photographer and to compensate for the extended time to resolve and overall inconvenience.
