I was referred to this office to see DrOsama M [redacted] for pain management Making the appointment was easy, being checked in at the office and pre-screen work performed by the MA was comfortable and easy When speaking with the Dr., he was less than comforting, in fact made me feel like I was drug addict seeking narcotics He essentially told me that all my previous Dr.'s directives were not appropriate and even my homeopathic attempts were worthless He asked me why I was even there to see him In addition to the poor treatment, he excused himself to take a minute phone call as if my appt wasn’t important, yet my half hour appointment resulted in approx$in billings to my insurance company As part of the “standard protocol” for all his patients I completed the drug screen, even though he had no intention of prescribing me narcotics To my surprise this test was billed and denied by insurance for $614! A test of this nature should cost around $60- $65, not $600+ When I called the billing department, immediately he told me that I could pay $out of pocket or dispute with my insurance company This tells me this is a common complaint and this facility has this scam going to [redacted] the insurance companies with unnecessary tests This company needs to re-evaluate their process and perform only needed tests on its patients and bill more fairly no matter who is absorbing the costs Although, I am appreciative of the regimen DrM [redacted] recommended, I am not appreciative of his approach with neither his patients nor their practice to automatically have ALL patients take tests that are necessary and bill them at astronomical prices To add icing to the cake, when I told the billing office that this test is charge $60- $elsewhere, he told me to get my drug screen elsewhere next time! Nice!!

Saw DrSameh Y***, as a second opinion, when I was taken back to the room to speak with the Medical Assistant, Sam, and give my complaint and history, the information he entered was incorrect and he did not even enter some of the problems that I was havingafter the information was entered I was then taken down the hall to the room where I would see the DoctorDuring my visit with the Doctor, he seemed very rushed, did not listen to my complaints and when I would try to explain something to him, he would cut me off at timesAs a new patient, he did not do a proper exam and did not focus on the problem, which is my back and legsI brought in reports and he did not review them with mehe did not ask what the issues or "feelings" I was having in my back and legsOverall, he did not seem interested in my concerns and I think the visit with him, that lasted maybe 30-minutes and I was there for hours, was a complete waste of timei spoke with the Clinical Supervisor, Bart, on t

I hired Better Home Repair to unclog a bath tub drain and repair a leaking toiletHe charged me $which I paidThen he went back, and tried to charge me another $to finish the jobIn the process he first broke another toiletHe replaced the broken toilet with a used toilet that leaked due to a failing flush assembly In order to reach the clogged tub drain, he had to disconnect and move a hot water heater out of the wayHe put several unneeded holes in the drywallwhen he reset the hot water heater, his connections were not connected properly and flooded the entire floorHe removed the hot water heater pan, and didn't put it backNot only did he not get the clog removed, when he put the trap back together it was leakingI had to call another contractor to come in and unclog the original drain, repair the now leaking used toilet, repair the hot water heater lines, reinstall the hot water heater drip pan, clean up all the water that had soaked the carpet in rooms
