Unfortunately the company I work for has had a really bad experience with All Solar Services I requested to speak to a manager or someone higher than the rep that I was speaking to and was told 'the buck stops here' That is not a professional way to approach a situation This was a warranty concern and I was unable to get the person on the phone to even attempt to look up the address I was referencing They took over from another company that went out of business and I was hoping the experience would have been more positive The company I work from does over $100K worth of solar work each year for new construction and would not recommend Simply Solar Services to anyone based on the previous experience

I have had my solar hot water heater for 2 months. It has been a constant battle to get hot water. True to their word my electric bill has gone down but, I have no hot water. When I had a regular water heater I was able to get hot water. On demand. I believe it is to late for me I have been swindled out of thousands of dollars. Please let this be a warning to others.

Simply Spotless made an appointment for a 3hr house cleaning and never showed up.I bought Three Hours of House Cleaning through [redacted] for Simply Spotless as gift for my Mom as she undergoes chemo. She called and set up a time after the expiration date with the consent of Simply spotless because they were so busy. They were supposed to come on January 14th and no one showed up. They will not return her phone calls. They will not return my emails or phone calls either. Desired SettlementThey should not be allowed to offer services through [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] or any kind of deal company like that if they cannot live up to the agreement. They make it difficult for patrons to get their money back.
