Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 11, 2015/12/07) */ A gentleman came into my store on the 3rd of November, and stated he waited till the last minute to order a cake for his daughter, he needed the cake the next day the 4th of NovemberIn discussing his request of what he wanted he wasn't wanting to pay for what he described I told him we had limited time available but it limited his choices as wellHe seemed okay to this as if he understood we were booked and we accommodated another cake for his daughters birthday He decided on a 1/sheet as he didn't like the pricing on the multi tierMulti flavor He choose vanilla cake and buttercream icing He clearly stated he wanted a tag that had a horse and the saying that says" Stay calm and Ride on" he also stated it has to be girly and pink, he stated he trusted my decision for a year old and was grateful I could do the cake for him The amount paid for his requested cake was plus tax a total of $ He agreed to that amount and paid by credit card that was swiped in my store ending in The next day a young woman came in and picked up the cake she stated she was the sister of the birthday girlApproximately minutes after she picked up the cake I received a call from a Mrs***She stated the cake was not what she ordered , and it cost was way too much and she could buy the same cake at Walmart for lessShe continue to degrade the quality of the cake stated again its not what she ordered, and I stopped her in conversation and told her she didn't order it, it was her husband who did and if it was different than what she conveyed to him of what she wanted, I assured her it was what her husband agreed with me She was asked what she wanted to do about the cake, she said nothing, other than a refund and I told her the cake had to be returned, she said no the party was about to start and she wasn't going to do thatShe also said that she was the customer and I was going to give her the money back no matter whatI would if she returned the cakeShe hung up on meI called back the number on the cake order and it was Mr***, he was very short and stated he was at work and couldnt speak to me and would get with his wife and see the issue and call me back On the 4th I never heard from him, or his wife they had till pm that day to return the cake, and she claimed she could get the same cake a Walmart, but they didn'tOn the 6th of November, Mr [redacted] called me and it was a three ring circus of who said, who promised and what they received and what they orderedI asked if he remembered what he ordered and he recanted exactly what he receivedHis wife immediately chimed in and said " That's not what we ordered"I told her and him they had the opportunity to return the cake and the father stated he wasn't going to do that on his daughters birthday This is about a husband who obviously was given instructions to order a cake waited for the last minute and wasn't able to get what his wife requestedPaid more than what he had expected as well as his wife and now they have buyers remorseThe amount, the design was agreed before the start of his cake, if he failed to convey precisely to his wife , well I am sorry for himThe untrue and obscure comment about his concealed weapon was a complimentIf the wife had been in the store she would have heard that As to the belligerent and insulting commentso sad it was I that stated I wasn't going to participate in their bashing and rudeness, I told them " I could care less who they were, they were so intent on trying to intimidate me , to take notice, who they were, I stated I could care less and the only thing that was important to me was that they were children of God and I wasn't going to continue this conversationI then said good bye and hung upThe next thing about this incident was a letter from the Revdex.com which Mrs [redacted] implied she would get her money and complain to authorities

I told him we had limited time available but it limited his choices as well. He seemed okay to this as if he understood we were booked and we accommodated another cake for his daughters birthday.
He decided on a 1/4 sheet as he didn't like the pricing on the multi tier. Multi flavor.
He choose vanilla cake and buttercream icing.

The amount paid for his requested cake was 94.00 plus tax a total of $102.21.
He agreed to that amount and paid by credit card that was swiped in my store ending in 2628.

Approximately 30 minutes after she picked up the cake I received a call from a Mrs. [redacted]. She stated the cake was not what she ordered , and it cost was way too much and she could buy the same cake at Walmart for less.
