repair on the property. Our crew went out there and completed the job but the client called us back on June 1 st because he was unhappy with the Work. We reschedule our technician to come back out on June 7" with the agreement of the owner present at the property at the time of work. We clarified to him to let us know a day when he is available, so when we complete the work so all parties can be happy, he agreed on June 7". On the day of the 7" our tech went out and the owner was not at the property. We called him to ask if he would be home soon so we can show him all the work we missed, to make sure we did not miss anything in order to make him happy. Instead, he changed plans and said you should know what to do and he did not need to be there. So, we continue with the work. We called him and emailed him that we had completed the job. The following day, he sent us the same pictures of the work not completed saying we did not do the job. We soon realized that he pulled out our patches. Either way, we did not want an unhappy customer so we called him and try to Schedule once again a day when he could be present at the property. For days, we reached out to him without a response and realized that he was ignoring us completely. We offered him to complete the job with a discount for the inconvenience but he did not want to pay us at all or work with us. We then proceeded to let him know we will be filing for a prelim-lien on his property due to lack of Communication and NON-payment. He finally reached out to us when we notified him we would be filing a preliminary notice of alien. We asked him to send us pictures instead; he argued with us for days and refused to send pictures. Due to lack of Compliance we sent out a preliminary lien, this is when he reached out to us and sent pictures. Initially, when he called the first time there were 5 areas we missed he said. After the preliminary lien there is 12 areas we missed he said and sent me pictures. It clearly looks like the patches were pulled out. Again, we really tried to work with him before enforcing the actuallien. I gave him a discount just to make him happy but he still refused and we now cannot come to an agreement and we let him know if we file the lien, additional fees will be added (cost of lien).Overall, the owner has verbally abusive with us through email calling us frauds and did not want to Cooperate with us at all.
