Dear Structural Pest Control BoardI do apologize that it has gotten this far with the client, our company tried to resolve all matters in any way possiblThis case is very special because this client has been nothing but difficult to work with.On May 22, 2017, we were schedule to conduct wood repair on the propertyOur crew went out there and completed the job but the client called us back on June st because he was unhappy with the WorkWe reschedule our technician to come back out on June 7" with the agreement of the owner present at the property at the time of workWe clarified to him to let us know a day when he is available, so when we complete the work so all parties can be happy, he agreed on June 7"On the day of the 7" our tech went out and the owner was not at the propertyWe called him to ask if he would be home soon so we can show him all the work we missed, to make sure we did not miss anything in order to make him happyInstead, he changed plans and said you should know what to do and he did not need to be thereSo, we continue with the workWe called him and emailed him that we had completed the jobThe following day, he sent us the same pictures of the work not completed saying we did not do the jobWe soon realized that he pulled out our patchesEither way, we did not want an unhappy customer so we called him and try to Schedule once again a day when he could be present at the propertyFor days, we reached out to him without a response and realized that he was ignoring us completelyWe offered him to complete the job with a discount for the inconvenience but he did not want to pay us at all or work with usWe then proceeded to let him know we will be filing for a prelim-lien on his property due to lack of Communication and NON-paymentHe finally reached out to us when we notified him we would be filing a preliminary notice of alienWe asked him to send us pictures instead; he argued with us for days and refused to send picturesDue to lack of Compliance we sent out a preliminary lien, this is when he reached out to us and sent picturesInitially, when he called the first time there were areas we missed he saidAfter the preliminary lien there is areas we missed he said and sent me picturesIt clearly looks like the patches were pulled outAgain, we really tried to work with him before enforcing the actuallienI gave him a discount just to make him happy but he still refused and we now cannot come to an agreement and we let him know if we file the lien, additional fees will be added (cost of lien).Overall, the owner has verbally abusive with us through email calling us frauds and did not want to Cooperate with us at all(Please see emails attach).Thank you for hearing out our side, [redacted] ***
