WE are in business to make a good food, good service, send kids to schoolsTo have problems with customers is the last thing on the list, but they do happen nonetheless
We have many times refunded the money, replaced the food or waived the
charges whenever we screwed up the orders or made mistakes but never once for not spicy enough
Their complaints to Yelp,Google,Facebook and now Revdex.com have one mission only; to hurt us and making us going out of business
We think this is personal and a bit much for not making food spicy enough

Being a bully but pretending to be a victim is truly a hallmark of an abuserI am certain this man has had to refund money for many deserving customers because of the inconsistencies in his cuisineThe issue is not that the food was not "spicy enough", it's that both dishes completely lacked flavor! Furthermore, the Chicken Pad Thai didn't have any peanuts - who makes Chicken Pad Thai this way? Not even this restaurant, but that night they did and then decided to defend their poor technique by pretending this is their standardI've ordered Chicken Pad Thai from Simply Thai before and it has always come with peanutsSimply Thai's food is only a part of the problemThe customer service is the most important issueThe way my mother and I were treated is why I've contacted the Revdex.com, not because of the food aloneI did a review on their Facebook page and their response was to blame me, the customer, for their behavior toward meI have other customers from Yelp that have stepped forward and are willing to add their experiences with this abusive owner to my complaint against him and his businessSwearing at a customer in front of his teenaged daughterFollowing another customer out to the parking lot to swear at them as they got into their carHanding up on multiple customers when they have called with complaints about the food or delivery issuesThis is the standard for this man, and he must be stopped! I in no way intend for this restaurant to go out of business, but I don't want businesses in my community that conduct themselves the way this one doesHis conduct must change and I don't see any remorse or intent to change based upon this responseI am completely dissatisfied, and feel that this is just more of him blaming the customerPlease let me know what the other customers need to do to help with this caseThey also would like to see appropriate resolutionNobody would be satisfied with the response given thus far
