I am rejecting this response because: Larry has exaggeratedHere are the facts Attached is of initial drawings from meeting which states Flush cut sides on the benchesHe never provided me with a copy of the final, that I can recallUsually, I would at least take a phone picture and can't find that eitherI have only this oneAlso attached photos which are labeled for what I'm trying to showI have more if you want to see the difference in the measurements I would like to stress the fact that he added a reveal and that the drawers are the wrong size which should be enough to cancel this contractI stressed multiple times that the drawers had to fit two rows of DVD's going across and showed himI can't keep any of it, because it was supposed to look like one built in pieceSince he added the reveal, it does not look like this RE: the alignment of the drawersThe drawers work fine but are the Wrong size and the drawer faces do not line upthey are off about 1/inch All the faulty items are mentioned in my initial Revdex.com complaintThere is not enough space allowed to mention them all again I would like to have this settled ASAP with a refund and with him picking up the furniture so it's out of my house [redacted] ###-###-####

I am Larry *** , for the owner of Simply wood furniture and yes we had a custom Entertainment Center built for ***She started the process in late August with her design she came to us with I ended up going to her house several times to do measurements and after three different changes to
her order she did come in on 10/20/to order the pieceOur store policy is when paid by check we normally do not fax or email orders in until The check clears the bankWith this Builder turnaround time is a minimum of weeks is which we tell every customer including *** Once it arrives at our store to stain depending on the size of the piece it is normally to business days a piece that big is it at least to business days from when we startWe did have delivery setup for 2/27/at p.m*** called about an hour prior to delivery to change the time until we do have other appointments but we did get there about 4:30. *** came in the next day and was not satisfied with the color she wanted a different colorI advised that we stained it the color that she signed for, she had wanted a darker color I did tell her we can do it but it will be an additional charge she did not want to hear any of that she kept saying over and over I am not hundred percent satisfied and you need to do something about itShe did leave the store and after that we went up to her house several times and every time she would try to find something else wrong with the piece, just because she didn't like the colorAny custom piece or stained piece from our store is non-returnable which is stated stated on our wall*** did tip the pieces upside down to put Runners underneath I advised her probably would not be a good idea to move the items around because they are large pieces and she could cause damageThe underside of any cabinet is not stained or finished it is the bottom none of our products do we do that nor does anyone else we did deliver the last three pieces and right in front of us she proceeded to tip them upside down push them forward the drawers rolled out and she kept rolling them over which caused damage to the drawersSo if the drawers do not align it is because they were tipped over and the drawers roll out and bent themShe also had a complaint about her DVDs not fitting I have stated in all the paperwork the size of the drawer so that it will fit her DVDs anything that we do will not satisfying ***I did contact a lawyer to resolve this I have all the paperwork which *** signed all the changes completelyShe even told me that if she would have known that I was not building it personally that she would not have ordered it and she clearly knew cuz I told her the Builder is out of Minnesota and we have to wait for pricing when we initially started thisAnd yes she did call the store I did not return her calls because she's very rude to me and my lawyer advised me not to and move forward with legal actionShe should be receiving something in the mail from my lawyer shortly

*** *** received all the drawings and changes that she made with measurements with copies (I copied) also before she left either the store or when I left her house she took a picture with her phone for her recordsAlso we did not add an additional reveal, the sides are built to make the unit look like one piece and butt together like we were told to doWe were never told the direction of the DVDs I did go to *** *** house to pick up a DVD and make sure they fit the standard size drawers that she wanted, because she wanted the cabinet as low as possible to make sure they would fit, I had a chest on the floor that that Builder made to make sure the DVDs fit in itAlso the pictures shown the underneath of the cabinet that never gets finished, if we would have been told to finish by the customer the underside that we never do because I let my employees know at the store if you stain the underside and it sets on light colored carpet there's a possibility you could get bleed through on the carpet that is why we never do it, an additional charge would have been made if we were requested to do itThe signed drawings by *** *** also indicates the amount of time we would spend delivering and setting up at her house as of now we are over by well over hours and did not get paid for that alsoAs for the drawers not lining up is when we were at ***'s house she tipped the cabinet forward causing the drawer to roll out in front of us and bend the guides causing misalignment, all of that can be adjusted, now at this point an additional charge would be made because it was caused by *** herselfAlso the scratches in the large unit from *** moving equipment is also non-returnableAs stated on our wsll and told to her all custom pieces are non-returnable that is why we have them sign each page to make sure the color is right that they chose and the drawing is correctNothing but taking the unit back will satisfy her, but as a company and person we did nothing wrong all the damage done to the unit was caused by ***, once again because after it was finished she wanted a darker color and did not want to pay additional labor to sand down and redo it and this is why she has all these complaints

He never provided me with a copy of the final, that I can recall. Usually, I would at least take a phone picture and can't find that either. I have only this one. Also attached 3 photos which are labeled for what I'm trying to show. I have more if you want to see the difference in the measurements.   I would like to stress the fact that he added a reveal and that the drawers are the wrong size which should be enough to cancel this contract. I stressed multiple times that the drawers had to fit two rows of DVD's going across and showed him. I can't keep any of it, because it was supposed to look like one built in piece. Since he added the reveal, it does not look like this.   RE: the alignment of the drawers. The drawers work fine but are the Wrong size and the drawer faces do not line up. they are off about 1/8 inch.   All the faulty items are mentioned in my initial Revdex.com complaint.
