Dear *** ***,I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this miscommunication may have caused you I have taken the liberty of personally investigating the matter We take any type of miscommunication very serious, whether it is intentional or without intent We are implementing new procedures to avoid this issue in the future The broker will also be going through a training on communication We pride our self on customer service and returning calls so we launched and partnered investigation with our phone provider The conclusion on this matter was made after speaking with you and your husband Our phone system never received a call from all number that were provided and we apologize that you did not have the correct contact information to reach us After careful review we also concluded that your desired settlement was reached prior to the complain and we are happy you reached your desired outcome We appreciate the time you took to give us insight on how we can make our Company better for past, present and future clients We always want our clients to make educated decisions and we believe that is by educating our consumers on the products with great detail All feedback is good feedback as it allows us to learn how we can exceed our clients expectations more than we have in the past We wish you and your family the happiest and healthiest time during this wonderful holiday season We also welcome you to come to our office for a coffee anytime you would like

review we can see that you did request a cancellation for the coverage through Chesapeake on April 30, at 4:22pm I am also sorry that we cannot stop Chesapeake from cancelling an automatic payment the day before the next billing date but am happy that you were able to receive that money back for that entire month we cancelled for I am sorry that you were not fully informed that there would be several checks to add up to the $ I understand that receiving multiple checks for multiple products may be confusing even that it comes from the one company Because of this we are implementing new procedures to avoid this issue in the future The broker will also be going through a training on communication We pride our self on customer service and great communication so after receiving this I personally tried to reach out to you so I can understand more on the matter, via telephone, on June 7, at 8:17am Unfortunately, I was not able to reach you but left you a message Our phone system shows that you returned the call on June 7, at 1:21pm and left a message with our receptionist ***She stated that 'you' were returning 'my' call because 'you' received a voicemail from 'me' and you "do not want to receive a call back." secure system keeps our clients personal information protected.  We pride our self on customer service and returning calls so we are implementing new procedures to avoid this issue in the future.  I conducted a full investigation, including the claim about [redacted]'s relationship with us.  After listening to the call several time, I was able to confirm that she never said that "[redacted] was in-fact 'our' bank." nor could something be misinterpreted for me to conclude that.  Therefore, we cannot refund you something that we never receive.  All refunds should be request through the carrier.  Also, I have also confirmed with [redacted] that the documents were emailed to you immediately upon submission and NHP (Neighborhood Health Plan) sent you your cards.  I would like to speak with you in more detail about the situation to help our investigation but I would need accurate information.  We appreciate the time you took to give us insight on how we can make our Company better for past, present and future clients.  We always want our clients to make educated decisions and we believe that is by educating our consumers on the products with great detail.  All feedback is good feedback as it allows us to learn how we can exceed our clients expectations more than we have in the past.  We wish you and your family the happiest and healthiest time during this summer.  We also welcome you to come to our office for coffee anytime you would like.
