Our experience with Simpson Mini Storage has been a positive one
The only time we had a problem was over the Christmas holidays between Christmas eve and new yearsI forget which day exactly but it wasn't Christmas day or Boxing Day We drove all the way from Vancouver only to find it closed Such a disappointment It would have been nice to have had an email sent out posting a holiday schedule with Days open/ closed and hours etc
Other than that, staff is always friendly and helpful Grounds kept clean and tidy
The ladies at Simpson mini storage are absolutely incredible! They are understanding and truly care about making sure you have a positive experience
They also have FANTASTIC rates which makes them the absolute best
I wouldn't go anywhere else, and still store my stuff there even though I live in ***
