I am sorry, I didn't reply with this right awayBut I didn't have any pitcher are to show youUnless you were here to see for your selfI never ask him to fix anything free for me, MrBrown came to my house, I had the cieling tile out so he could see where the drip comming from, he look and are sure me, that its was comming from around the chimney, and it would cost $for flash to be put around the, chimney so said yes, put the cieling tile back up and paint over, the water mark's the drop are small like tear drop so it took a long time to come thought, but when the big rain storm came in (August) the tile fill up and it stream down on my floorthe tile in the cieling was soak it up, that's why I didn't noI call MrBrown to come and see it and to make good on his work, he said well it look like it leaking in the middle, so I said if you knew thatWhy did you fix the flashing around the chimney I told him those tiny drop couldn't come from the chimneythat's a long ways for a drop to travle, so he just walk awayMy store is true I have no reson to lie on MrBrownhe has done work in the pass for me I never had a problem with it but this I do.*** ***

Browns Roofing replaced flashing around a chimney for this customer over 2 years ago. This was a minor repair to a very specific area. The flashing is in excellent condition and does NOT leak. This repair is no longer under warranty. Recently the customer had a leak in a completely...

different area of the roof. The new leak has nothing to do with the chimney flashing. The customer wanted Browns to repair the new leak for free. Browns explained to the customer that this was completely unrelated to the pervious repair, and offered to give the customer a free estimate to fix the problem. The customer declined.The details contained in this customer complaint are false.

Sub-standard job, broke my roof drain then sealed up drain so I would not notice. Roof started leaking, I empty 6-120 gallons of water, everytime it would rain, I never had this problem until he was on my roof, no work he promised to do on invoice he wrote up was done, I sent the Revdex.com a letter 11-30- on this.I would like a refund on my money I paid him.
