would plug it for $39.95, but when they go to make the repair, they find the hole is in the sidewall and then tell you a new tire installed is
$289.00, the tire company didn't do anything wrong but tell you the truth----you still need to have the new tire) A-Plumbing did not do anything incorrect but charge her for the extra time we had in her job, which she signed she was satisfiedSo one more time I will offer the $refund as a friendly gesture in hopes that Mrs*** will review and understandIt wouldn't matter who's name is attached to the $bill, someone has to fulfill the first or initial step in the process to realize snaking won't open the drain, and that work has to be paid for
At any rate I hope this will help satisfy and resolve the complaint

Dear Ms***I've decided to write you a letter so that we don't have another situation where you decide to attack my or question my relationship with GOD.When you have a sewer problem what we hope will happen is the plumber will arrive on the job, he will discuss price with the customer and he
will be able to rod the drain and it will open without any problemsIn you case, our fellow was there from the time he was dispatched mid morning to the end of the afternoon with out any luck in getting the drain to flow.I have been by the house and have seen the excavations you had repaired for the $you told meTo get to that point your job should have gone through steps.The first one being the initial call where the plumber comes first to unstop the drainThat is the point where we first were going to and did give you a flat rate price for pulling of the toilet, cable the drain and reset the toilet for $plus the service fee of $When our man could not get the line open then there was and additional cost added to stay and try to get the line open.The second step would be for discussion on what could be the problem and where the line might be and what the solution may have to beYour complaint seems to be per our brief phone conversation that you did not like the fact that you were told it may be under your garage floor and it may have to be opened up to make the repair(It appears that the Sewer comes out of your home to the North, you have approxto feet from the home to the garage, the garage is another feet and then probably feet to the fence and probably the main sewer) This would make around 42% of the sewer under the garage and could have been an area that would be in question.Stepwould consist of going and researching the sewer records with the City or County and obtaining the required permit.Fourth step, being armed with the information where the tap and main sewer is located would be to revisit the job, recable in hopes you may get the line open and send the sewer locator and camera down the line and look for the problem or get a location on where the stoppage is in the line and the depth of the sewer(It should be noted that you can not see in the line if it is full of debris)The fifth part of the problem would be to excavate where the blockage is or in this case maybe install an outside clean out in hopes that you can get another chance at getting the line open which may be what happened here and is something we and most companies do.SixAfter you have the sewer apart and have put it back together, then call for an inspection and wait for the sewer inspector to come by and check your work regarding proper fittings , gravel bedding, type of pipe used Many times the sewer inspector schedule is set when you buy the permit.And number would be the backfilling of the excavation, which should be seeded and covered, because several times the inspector will return in days to make sure that is done.A-Plumbing did step number one, then you decided to obtain a 2nd viewpoint from an out of town company which is quite alright, and you decided to have them do your work and that is okay alsoHowever, A-Plumbing did not do anything wrong and I have to say that the total bill is correct Yes I did offer a refund of $to you on June 22nd, which you refusedIt won't be offered again. I also might add that all our paper work is sign according to state law and you also signed that you were satisfied when our fellow left. I am writing in regards to the letter that I received dated 6/25/on ID # ***I do not agree to the response & find it unacceptableI am not questioning his relationship with GodWhat said on the phone was why did your advertisement appear in the Blue Pages a Christian Directory? he said they would offer me $that is all and because I asked the above questionHe said he had to think about it & hang up the phone didn't talk any furtherHe also said he came by my house & seen the excavatorsI didn't know who knocked at my door and didn't answer itNeither was I called to tell me someone came by went to the back and examined it back there & then he left According to the letterHe talk about the sewer to the North and how many feet from the home to the garage etcstill trying to say the sewer under the garage & would be in questiontelling me to research records & obtain a permit & listing all things to be done. I had to call another plumber all my repairs are now made & correctly done from another companyNot through A-Plumbing.I still feel this is and unjust for they did not get it unplugged and I had to pay for it.Thank you,
