Response: I never discourage a second opinion, however if you ask for something particular to be done and I do it, I charge for the service providedIts not really a second opinion if you have two different places actually provide the same serviceI did recommend new tires mainly because the customer told me when he came in the first time that he had ran over something very hard in the road and ended up having to have the wheel itself repairedhowever that was my professional opinion, I didn't force anything on the customerI didn't exactly refuse anything to the customer either, I explained what I thought needed to be done and he decided against itThat particular day I had a lot to do and many customers to attend to,I told him what I could do for him and was willing to accommodateHe decided to move on and feels another company provided what he needed, we didn't test drive the car after the other alignment was performed to form an opinion on how it drove, this car does have over 200,miles on it

W [redacted] H [redacted] denies responsibility of releasing my vehicle to me, after claiming to have repaired it, and having it in his possession for days, in the same condition I brought it to him inHe received money from me for a service that was not completed/provided

S***) who works out of his back yard misinformed MsW*** about the parts we put on her vanWe showed her the parts that came off her vehicle and we also have proof from the parts companies we purchased parts from for her vehicleAny further questions can be directed to our attorney

[Beacuse he lied in the response in reguards to me asking him to adjust the caster, camber on the left hand side of the car.  This is normal adjustment in an alignemt.  He flat out refused to adjust the caster, camber even though his own computer printout sugested to adjust front caster, camber.    Also he did not provide me with before and after measurments of the alignment on the day of, or the 2 weeks after.  He gave me 1 copy of data, where thier should have been 2 before and after measurments.  My car does have over 200,000 miles but is has been well ta[redacted] care thus far, and still looks like a new car, in and out.  I keep a log on the repairs and when they were made for the last seven years.
