Review: We leased a remanufactured color copier. [redacted] the salesperson said it was torn down to the frame and rebuilt. We gave sample files of color images to test the color quality and they came back beautiful. We placed the new copier in the same location that we had our other one for years.

When they delivered the copier it was not working. It took several trips for them to get it working. [redacted] a service tech from the company confirmed it was not a remanufactured machine, just a used one that was checked out.

The color samples we were presented with were supposed to have been run on the copier we were buying. It was obvious after seeing the condition the copier was in when delivered that the samples were not run on the same machine. They could never get it to print the same quality as the samples we were given.

[redacted] and [redacted] were working to see if they could find us a machine to replace the one we bought but we have not heard back from them since we told them we did not want to spend another $100.00 a month to get a machine in here that would work. We also told them that a black and white copier would be fine as long as it was not more then we were paying on our old one.

The machine keeps popping errors related to power problems. The service tech that was out here said the power in our building is not sufficient to keep the copier running reliablly. The copier goes down on our busiest day and we have to go to our old copier to do our work. [redacted] never checked to make sure this copier could run in our building. Our old one ran fine and still does. Our old one is much more reliable then this new one.Desired Settlement: We want this new machine taken out and replaced with one that will work at not additional cost to us.

In regards to [redacted]. The customer did purchase a rebuilt color machine from us. The customer was not satisfied with a specific color tone. It was explained to the customer (by [redacted]) that the machine he purchased could not deliver that type of specific color tone. [redacted] discussed with [redacted], two different (2) options 1. Looking at higher level machine – extra cost. 2. Exchanging the machine for a black & white at no extra charge. [redacted] advised [redacted] he would let him know if he wanted to exchange the machine. At this point in time [redacted] has not contacted[redacted] or any salesperson at the company including myself. We would be more than happy to exchange the machine if this is what the customer would like.

Lastly, we are not aware of any power issue. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
