I have been trying to get in touch with Sims and have yet received a response. I faxed them a letter on 1/17/as well as an email and I called the store. I will not be satisfied until I receive the refund requested and received

Greetings,I received the check on 1/19/2018.  I need for Sims to report this account as paid off to the credit bureaus.  It still says open.  I will be satisfied with this complaint after that. hank you for your assistance in this matter. [redacted]
