I am rejecting this response because: I'm unclear as to what MrSim's is offeringIs he offering to accept the terms of the original ad (attached) and finance a $28,vehicle as advertised with $down for $256/month over months? I've already received confirmation from the Ohio AG Complaint #: *** and they will also be conducting a separate investigation regarding the validity of the advertisement. MrSim's, I appreciate your willingness to earn our businessThis vehicle will inevitably be sold prior to a resolution so I'll use stock#***; the sale price is over $4k less so the loss will not nearly be as much but if he can finance this vehicle taxes all in at the $with the trahis sales manager evaluated then I feel we will have a resolution.Respectfully, Mark F*

people's time is not tolerated from any staff. I have owned dealership since 1988, and grown them by making 99% of people really happy and the customers follow me. I expect that of my staff. I only came to talk to you as a consequence of your request, I had no idea what I was walking into and you were trying to justify us taking a $8000 loss on the vehicle. We discussed the advertisement and you are extremely well educated and knew exactly what mathematically it could not happen and because I respect you privacy do not wish to get into the details. I thought that you were aware that we would honor the $28,000 sale price and your sales tax and $33.50 license and $250 dealer documentation fee are on top of that. In fact once we started offering Again, I apologize and the management involved will receive swift and appropriate action. Bottom line since we started the $7000 off on 2016 Outlanders we sold 3 out of 4, we are willing to honor that price and you are welcome to this vehicle provided it will make your girl friend happy.
