The electronic signature's IP address was verified and matched the Customer's home state of residence.  Upon enrollment to the Protection Product, a welcome email was sent to the email address listed by the customer advising her of the costs, fees and benefits of the program , as well as the option to cancel prior to being charged.On July 14, 2015, the Customer called one of our customer service agents and requested a refund.
