I purchased a rental property that needed all new windows. They came over promptly, took measurements, gave me a quote, and installed them soon after. It totally changed the look of the house! This has been close to a year ago and I'm still amazed at how the new windows changed the appearance and heat/air efficiency of the house. The crew was polite and clean. I've worked with other contractors so I know you don't always get a crew that picks up after the job is done. I could not be more pleased with these guys and will be calling them again with any future projects.
I am so pleased with the work Pro Home Improvement did for me. They were very kind, and professional. I especially liked the great clean up job they did. I would for sure recommend Mike and his men. Great price also!

I have been dealing with Pro Home Improvements for over a year trying to fix my windows that his company installed. He was very professional until he got his money for the windows. I have had numerous problems with the windows since including air leaks, water leaks and a broken window replaced. He has put me off numerous times saying he was busy. He would get to it when he could. He told me no women was going to tell him what to do. He also called me a *** wasn't till I called Channel 7 did he resolve the problem but that was only after they made several calls.I pray for him that he will change his ways that he treats his customers.
My problems with Gail started when she called about a broken window, she said she didn't know how it got broken, she gave me the number on the window so I could get a replacement. I took the new window to her home and right away figured out that the cause of the broken window was a lawn mower that threw a rock into the window, she then said she knew that , but had originally lied about that, that upset me that she had misled me for no reason. To make things worse the number she gave me was wrong and the new window would not fit. this wasn't too bad until she blamed the error on me, she said I missed number by one and when I called to check it was really 5 off. I had already been back to her house promptly several times to work on things that I wasn't sure was our fault. Gail's house is old cedar siding and it is cracked literally ever where and could be letting water run in on windows. Any way after her causing me to lose 1/2 of a day in time and gas I got her the right window. She called and demanded me when to bring the new window, this upset me. I don't remember calling her a bad name but she did cuss me. The windows were double pane and only one pane was broke so she was always protected. Seven on your side had nothing to do with my return. I was always going to fix problem. I was very busy
This man comes in preaching the Bible to me and telling me that he would make this come look just like New. Not so, no pain or stain on the trim, he ran I brand new 5 ton 17 sear unit while sheet rock in the winter time mind you, no drop clothes. Mixed whatever that is you lay tile with in my sink withe despoil and froze it up, left paint and all his scrap all over place. I would highly recommend going else where when considering a remodel for your home.
our contract with Mr. C. did not include paint or stain on the trim. My sheetrock crew was new and I guess they left A/C unit on-as far as I know Mr. C.'s unit is still working fine. there was no need for drop cloths because of concrete floors that we installed all new floors on. Sink might have stopped up but I'm sure my men unstopped it. We cleaned up hauled off all trash. Mr. C. said he loved everything. One month later he called, I sent a man to work for him at no charge to do extra stuff for him. Then 4 months later he wanted extra stuff that wasn't on contract when I refused he got mad. I still pray for Mr. C. He is a nice man, I wish all the best.
