Constant Harassment by mailings & phone calls to purchase my property. Asked by mail and by phone to removed my name and address from Sims Marketing list. My property is not for sale.
We take this very seriously and will do everything possible to resolve this matter. As a company we simply send out marketing post cards to neighborhoods of which we purchase property. We are an investment property company and never intend to “harass” as we have been accused of doing. In fact, we have a database of individuals who have requested to be removed from our mailing list. Unfortunately, I do not see the address of *** Jacksonville, FL *** included in this database. We either never received the information from the complainant or it wasn’t recorded properly. I can assure this has now been properly recorded and future mailings will not be sent to this individual. We apologize for the inconvenience. We always, say that if someone isn’t interested in our marketing material, they are welcome to throw it in the trash or give us a call and we will take them off the list for future mailings.
