Simstone

We used Simstone at our old house and again this spring. Both times they offered great customer service and a competitive price. Their team was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after the project. The quality of their work is top-notch. We would high recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible work and even worse customer serviceThey installed a concrete patio for us when it was too cold (we found out later), they put plastic and blankets down (they must have known it was too cold to install their product) and now we have plastic and blanket imprinting, creases and discoloration all throughout our expensive new patio They also failed to remove a concrete form and numerous screws they sunk into our deck After just a few months, the concrete has already cracked They claimed they would come out to provide a decorative solution to cover their mistakes and take care of this, but they now refuse to reply to our requests for scheduling a time to come out and do it
