On [redacted] **, the client was given five (5) options to choose fromThe client was given another five (5) options on [redacted] The current design is based on the client’s and her colleague’s choice (her colleague was a meeting participant and was heavily involved with the selection) Additionally, during our last meeting, the client suggested changes to the current content and designfor instance, she instructed us to remove the Wellness Slider (which is removed), Change the Four Boxes content to six and name them: women’s health, men’s health, kids/teens, sports, cancer prevention/support and parents corner (Which is done)Add shop (which is done) and more If the client had any doubt about the design, she shouldn’t have made suggestions based on the current designThat is a clear indication that she liked the design at our [redacted] meetingWe were looking at the current design to make minor changes to the content and she never said that she’s unhappy with the design As communicated many times, we were able to complete and launch the siteHowever, the client was not sure about her direction of the business

Sina Advisory group has failed to design an adequate website for my business. I was quoted [redacted] for the website design and [redacted] for the logo design. I have paid [redacted] to date. I am happy with the logo design and willing to pay the monies for this service but the website design process has been nothing but frustrating. I never received a few designs to review - only asked to pick a template, which does not meet the needs of my business. I was told that I would need to pay more money to make any changes. Here are my complaints: 1. Sina failed to meet me at a scheduled meeting on [redacted] ***. He had written down the wrong date then was unable to meet for another [redacted] ***. We met on [redacted] to discuss the goals of the website. Sina promised a [redacted] turn around time. 3. I sent several emails asking to see the progress. I received emails back from Sina with an irritated tone that I should stop bothering him and the website would be done “on time”. I was promised an update by [redacted] ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I was only given one option for the landing page designUnforunately, I did not feel the design met the requirements of the businessI had given him all the specifications of the landing page many times previously, and when I asked him
to add all these elements, I was told that he could only make changes for an extra chargeIn the web design business, it is customary to be offered a few designs to choose fromSina apparently does not offer this level of service
I was also given a week benchmark for the completion of the projectDuring this time, there were absolutely no changes to the designWhen I inquired, he asked me to stop "bothering him" and told me that there were alot of "behind the scenes work" being doneAt the end of * *** I was left with the same template from one month ago ***
With the lack of response from Sina and lack of progress on the website, I decided that I could no longer trust that Sina would design a website that would represent my online business wellSincerely,*** ***

As communicated many times, we were able to complete and launch the site. However, the client was not sure about her direction of the business.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The owner Sina has missed the main point - that he promised the delivery of the website within 2 weeks of our last meeting date. At 3 weeks, the website still looked like a skeleton website with no progress at all within those 3 weeks.
Again, here is the website link: [redacted]
It looks completely unprofessional. I asked for some pictures to replace those on the website - didn't think a crab should represent how to MOVE. I was never offered any pictures. Again, no changes were made. My inquiries about the lack of progress were met with this response.
From Sina:
You have given us little info to make any changes. Yet, I personally met with you numerous times to get the project going.

Agreed. If you had replied to my first 2 emails then I would have not sent the 3rd email. I have been checking the website and there is little change from last year.

I also would think that you would present a few options for the main webpage to get the right look and feel......

I provided you with the link to see the progress already. You’re welcome to visit the link anytime. However, keep in mind that not all of our work are visible immediately as we code behind the scenes. There’s no need to ask the progress as you have the link below. I DO NOT need emails every day to check the progress. We’re committed to complete your project.

I had asked several times to see progress.....no response.

I had asked for a meeting this Friday. I understand that you are busy with last minute tax items...so I asked several times for a meeting next Friday. No response, however I got a response from you this about that you rec'd content materials.

Your responses are selective....that is my frustration.

Let's move forward from here and get this website done so that you can move on to another project. Thanks!
