I had personal property stored in my basement in boxes, after a flood in the basement the boxes were removed and stored by Genesis Restoration while the flood clean up was done The personal property was all returned (I thought) in new boxes which I didn't open as they were storage itemsFive years later when I moved and opened the boxes I was missing a lot of my personal property including irreplaceable paintings done by my motherI was so angry but knew there was no recourse after such a long timeI do not recommend Genesis Restoration

Genesis Restoration and crew were extremely accommodating and courteous when addressing a leak in my kitchen and putting it back together. I commend Jim for his excellent communication skills, reaching out by any medium to ensure transparency and accessibility in delivering their services David and all of the trades-people also worked hard at avoiding any extra damage to my unit.
