Review: I called to verify that I had the correct funeral home for my husband's aunt to order flowers. When the gentleman I spoke to said it was the right one and that I could order flowers from their website for the best flowers, I did so. The "message on card" field gave me 255 characters for my message. I used 253 of those characters. When the flowers were delivered, the card was signed [redacted]& [redacted]. It should have been signed Nar & Cyndy. When I was asked if we sent flowers, I was embarrassed thinking they hadn't been delivered. Then I found out that ours must have been the Cyndy & family ones. I called to complain and was told that it's PayPal's fault because their site doesn't allow the 255 spaces for the message. Well, THAT is NOT my problem. They should correct their website for the vendor they selected to process payments. I sent an email for have them send an apology card (flowers would be better) with the complete condolence message and to confirm back to me when that was done. That was yesterday and I haven't heard anything back. I think it is totally unacceptable to blame their vendor for something they already knew about and yet haven't corrected. It's embarrassing to my husband and myself to think that the family didn't know we were thinking of them during this very difficult time. I should have used FTD like I was going to in the first place.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement bouquet sent to Uncle Vin at the address I provided with the complete message before any additional time goes by.
