Don't Order from them
I put in an order and was ecstatic to get an email right away to say my order had shipped.
Waited a few days and was wondering because the tracking info was not updated so I sent them an email. No response. I waited a few days and sent another email and no response. Replied to their Welcome email and requested the order cancelled. no response. I called them today and they said oh he must have read your email because he refunded your money and he sent me an email stating it was cancelled. Such a poor operation and the lack of communication is mind boggling. My only guess is that they couldn't fill the order so they were just going to hold onto my money. Go with an honest reputable company that does not take your money and then ignore you.

I ordered 4, 4lb bags of sunflower seeds for $75.00. After 2 weeks, I received 4, 1lb bags of seeds. The invoice said 4 lb bags, but there were 1lb bags in the box. It's been a week now and they still haven't sent me the balance sunflower seeds. I made two phone calls, and 2 e mails. No return e mails from them. Contacted Pay Pal, with pictures for a refund. Going to Nuts.com today.

My husband was leaving at 1pm and saw a package on our living room doorstep.  It is the rest of the order.  It came from FedEx Express....however, I don't know exactly when as neither of us ever heard the truck.  It came from: [redacted]  However, I still never rec'd an email in return to all of my requests and I still never rec'd a phone call.  I do not need them to credit the money back to my debit card.  However, I will never be placing an order with them again.

Review: I ordered online on Aug [redacted]. Order #[redacted] My order: 2lbs of Organic Pumpkin Seedds (No Shell) - 1lb of Sunflower Shelled Roasted Unsalted - a 5lb bag of Yogurt Pretzels - 3lbs of Cashews Pieces Roasted Unsalted - 1lb of Roasted Almonds. On Saturday, Aug [redacted], I received a small box (USPS) which came with label stating it was from: [redacted] - Tracking #[redacted]. It contained: 1lb of the Cashew Pieces - 1lb of the Pumpkin Seeds - and the 1lb of Almonds. Monday, Aug 25th, I received one flat box containing the Yogurt Pretzels (which were 4lbs, not 5lbs, but they did adjust the $$ amount, but never told me beforehand) Tracking #9261 2999 9882 6422 0011 20. I sent three emails via their web site (contact us section) with Ticket ID #'s: [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted]. They never answered any of those. I called three times on Monday, recording saying call important hold for next person......no one ever answered call. I sent an email from my Gmail to them the same day with scanned copies of ticket that was in the box from KY and invoice that was in with the yogurt pretzels (the invoice had all the other nut and seeds items cirlcled with a blue pen and written below "Shipped From Different Warehouse". This was my 4th email to them. I called again on Tuesday, 3 times, and no one ever answered call again. I re-sent the 4th email to them on Tuesday and told them if I do not hear from them I have to assume they are ripping me off and I am going to the Revdex.com. They took $64.11 through my bank debit card. I did not receive: 1lb of Organic Pumpkin Seeds @$5.99 - 1lb of Sunflower Shelled Roasted Unsalted @$2.69 - 2lbs of Cashew Pieces Roasted Salted @$7.99 each - all for which I get a total of $24.66 of product not received. No one has yet answered my emails or called me....and there was no option on the phone calls to leave a message, as you were/are constantly on hold waiting for someone to answer.Desired Settlement: At this point, I want my debit card refunded. I will never order from them again.

Review: I placed an order 12/**/13 for some pecans with this company, they debited the money out of my account but never sent product. I have emailed and contacted this company by phone and never received a response back. I just want a refund since I never received my product.Desired Settlement: I want a $17.67 refund back
