[redacted] had called me to come over and give an estimate we agreed upon a price and came back the next day and started the job once I completed the job she gave me a gift bag and about a week later she contacted me asking about where her paint was it was left under her carport she was satisfied with the job and she paid me that day and I didn't hear from her for like a week saying she was unhappy when I first started the job I told her I use [redacted] paint or bear she went out and bought the cheapest paint there was and I told her the price will change if it needed more coats that I will put two coats onAfter I put two coats on and let her walk around the room and expect it and then that's when she paid me spent a whole day over there hey get back she gave me with sunscreen from *** if you need any more information please feel free to contact me at [redacted] ***

I feel like I had done her good job and she had took a look at it it was satisfied with the job I feel like I do not owe her nothingshe paid me at the end of the job nothing was never upfront if she was not happy with it why does she pay me and give me a gift bag

I am rejecting this response because:
I’m surprised and disappointed the [redacted] would claim to have returned the gallon of painted that he already offered to replace.  As for the quality of paint yes I did buy the
cheapest under his direction.  We met at [redacted] and I asked if there was that much different in the paints and he
said “NO”.  At no time did he say a word about it may take more coats or that there would be a cost increase.  I really liked these guys that’s why I was
willing to pay them more.  But I’m so disappointed that my kindness was taken for granted and they stole from me.  I hold to my claim that they should pay me
back the $200 I had to pay another painter to complete their last job and the $30 for the 1 gallon of paint the he lost.  Total of $230.00.
