I purchased two sets of Queen sized mattresses in the month of January (2016)The delivery date was set for Saturday January **, between the hours of pm to pm The delivery man called at 1pm and stated" He doesn't feel like coming to the Manhattan for the set delivery charge stated on the receiptI would have to pay him amount additional money if I want the mattresses I paid for." I told the driver "Do not worry about it I will call the store to ask for a refund." What kind of business is this company running? Sounds shady to me
