Review: I placed online order in February for Valentine's Day. The payment cleared my account but the delivery was never made. I called the store and left a message after about 10 days. My call was not returned. I called a second time and was told the owner handles deliveries and was given another number to reach him again I left a detailed message (so he could trace the transaction prior to returning my call). Again my call was not returned. I then sent an email with the same information and my email has not been responded to at this time.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the total sales price including shipping and handling charges, as the items were not shipped
