I have fully read the message listed below, and we have NEVER had a customer advise us that a product turned themselves or anything they are wearing into a different color. We are willing to exchange any product the customer feels may have been made incorrectly. The customer, may bring the products in at any time to have this redone for her. I would suggest however, she deal with a Manager directly to ensure full satisfaction is metI have read the customer's complaint, however a Spa Package entails, products. The complaint does not list the product she is unsatisfied with. Would you happen to have this information?

Thank you for your prompt response. What I am getting out of your email, you are having a problem with is the lotion.  
You can ship your lotion back to the store and I will send out a check paying for your shipping cost (please include a copy of your shipping receipt), if this should be a Company defect.  Please ship to:  Sinfulicious Bodycare [redacted].
Unfortunately, I can not offer you a refund on the entire package, seeing the only product, you are having a problem with is the lotion.  It is our policy and is posted in the stores that customized products are not refundable.  I am willing to offer an in store credit on the rest of the products, however I will still need everything sent back to the store, before I can apply that to your account.
I am sorry for the inconvenience, however like I stated in my last email, I have never had a customer complaint regarding a product turning themselves or anything they are wearing into the color of the product.  I will need to fully inspect this product.  This is a high concern for me, if this happened to you, I surely don't want to see it happen to another customer.  I do appreciate you bringing this matter to my attention.  Troy, is no longer working for our Company, so like stated I am not aware of past emails or verbal conversations that occurred between yourself and him.

Review: I recently purchased the spa package from Sinfulicious Bodycare, which allowed me to create my own color. The color I chose was orange which combined pink and yellow dye. After I had applied the lotion I realized that the lotion was not mixed in very well and it ended up turning my white watch pink after I touched the band to adjust it on my wrist. Due to this, I asked [redacted], I believe is a manager, for a refund, who then accused me a walking into something pink and then proceeded to say "our products are not intended for watches". Furthermore, he contradicted himself by saying the products should not turn anything other colors, but tell their employees to wear black clothing. I understand I could have gotten something with no color in it, but I trusted in the company and their products until this happened. [redacted], who also said he spoke to the owner, was unwilling to give me a refund for what happened to my watch because Sinfulicious Bodycare has a no refund policy on customized products. They were unwilling to even come to some sort of an agreement. A no refund policy is not an excuse to what their products have done to my watch, which I am hoping is not permanently ruined. All I am asking for is a simple refund because either one of their products was a default or one of their employees was not properly trained on how to mix the dyes.Desired Settlement: I would like refunded for the spa package I purchased. The purchase price was $73.20.
