Review: I made a reservation through booking.com on June 17, 2015 to stay at the Singapore Motel in a double bed room for Friday, August 14, 2015 through Sunday, August 16, 2015 and was charged a down payment in the amount of $165.00 on my credit card. I called June 17, 2015 and spoke with a [redacted] who confirmed my reservation. (very rude and ignorant) While I am in route to the motel, I received a voicemail from [redacted] stating that there is a problem and his motel overbooked meaning that he did not have a room for me. I immediately returned his phone call to which Mr. [redacted] kept saying there is nothing he can do, he credited by credit card in the amount of $165.00, and literally laughed in my face then proceeded to hang up on me. A few minutes later Mr. [redacted] calls me stating that he has a king size room available, however that is not what I reserved and sharing a bed was not an option for my guest and I. I told him I did not want the room and informed him that my credit card has not been refunded in the amount of $165.00. Mr. [redacted] promised me that he did in fact refund me. On August 17, 2015 the Singapore Motel debited from my credit card without my acknowledgment in the amount of $165.00. I called the motel and spoke with a [redacted] (disrespectful, rude, condescending) who gave me the run around about speaking with the manager. I still have not received a phone call from the manager and the amount of $330.00 has not been credited to my credit card. This matter remains unsolved.Desired Settlement: $330.00

Review: My young adult daughter and her 4 girlfriends rented a room for the weekend that accommodate 4 people. when the front desk attendant [redacted] found out there was 5 young ladies she asked them to pay more, when they couldn't afford it [redacted] bacame belligerent, rude, and nasty. Started calling the girls LOWLIFE BUMS, TRASHY [redacted], POOR [redacted] BUMS, we don't want people like this on the premises. Finally the girls asked for a refund of the remaining days and kindly left the premises with their heads held high.

Inappropriate behavior and talk for anyone to say while operating a business.

I will definitely NOT refer this Motel to anyone I know who frequent WILDWOOD, NJDesired Settlement: An apology in writing and a change of staff if you desire any future business dealings during the peak season in which I frequent.

Review: I WALK IN TO THE MOTEL ON AUGUST 31, 2013 AT ABOUT 8:00 PM WITH MY WIFE AND MY TWO 6 AND 9 YEARS OLD CHILDREN AND I RENT A ROOM FOR THREE NIGHTS AND I PAID WITH C/C THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF $787.00 AND I WENT FOR DINNER. WHEN WE RETURN TO SLEEP AT ABOUT MID NIGHT , WAS NO PARKING SPACE IN THE HOTEL PARKING LOT (OTHER PEOPLE WERE LOOKING FOR PARKING) AND THE DOOR OF THE ROOM DID NOT OPEN (LATER I FOUND OUT THE MORTISE WAS BROCKEN).

I LEFT MY SLEEPING FAMILY AT THE DOOR AND I WENT TO THE HOTEL OFFICE FOR HELP. THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED, THE BELL DID NOT WORK AND WAS NOT A VISSIBLE

TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL FOR HELP. I CALLED A TELEPHONE NUMBER GIVEN BY ANOTHER PERSON STAYING IN THE MOTEL AND A WOMAN CAME TO OPEN THE DOOR

OF THE ROOM WITH SOMETHING AND SHE SCREAMED WE DIDN,T KNOW HOW TO UNLOCK IT AND LEFT QUICKLY. THAT NIGHT I HAD TO PUT THE ROOM FURNITURE BEHIND THE DOOR TO SECURE MY FAMILY. THE NEXT DAY AT ABOUT 9:30 AM, I WENT IN THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PARKING AND THE DOOR. A MALE MANAGER? REPLIED THAT WHEN HE CAME TO WORK AT 7:00 AM THERE WERE 6-7 EMPTY SPACES AND FOR THE DOOR LOCK HE WAS GOING TO SEND A PERSON TO REPAIR IT ( A PERSON CAME TO CHANGE THE LOCK).

AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I TOLD HIM I WILL CHECK OUT AND I ASKED FOR AN INVOICE AND A CREDIT REFUND FOR THE REMAINING PERIOD. HE TOLD ME I HAD TO STAY TWO MORE NIGHTS OR I LOOSE MY MONEY BECAUSE I HAD MADE RESERVATION, BUT I WALK IN TO THE HOTEL, I NEVER MADE A RESERVATION.Desired Settlement: I REQUEST MY ALL MONEY BACK OF $787.00, OR AN INVOICE WITH POSSIBLE CHARGES,THE SERVICE WAS NOT AS I PROMISED OR EXPECTED - FOR THAT REASON I LEFT EARLY AND I CONTINUE MY VACATION AT THE IONA HOTEL A FEW BLOCKS DOWN THE STREET
