We apologize for the difficulties that Ms. [redacted] has experienced with the replacement of her defective pantry cabinet door.  Unfortunately, the previous two orders for the door that we placed with our cabinet supplier arrived  cracked due to shipping damage.  The door has been...

reordered and we have requested that it be expedited and superpacked to minimize the possibility of damage.  We expect the door to arrive to us within the next 10 working days and we will contact Ms. [redacted] once the door arrives.

Review: On 04/16/2014 I requested via email to [redacted] a replacement cabinet for faded one with lifetime warranty. She wrote back she needed a picture, which was sent. She then told me at that time replacement was on order.Waited four to six weeks before contacing her again. Was told at that time she forgot to order said replacement. Was told she would order at that time. Replacement finally came six weeks later and arrived in horrible condition through Fedx. I took them back to the store and asked them to re-order and I would pick up myself. On 08/19/2014 was told that replacement for these damaged ones were on order, from [redacted]. Have yet to receive them and haven't heard from them. I emailed to inquire about them and received no answer. I have run out of patience. When I spent my original 17,000 with this company, I was assured of all kinds of action should I incur any issues down the road. They have failed to uphold that promise and they're customer service is sub-par at the least. Could you please help me to resolve this issue. I will never deal with them or send anyone to them again.Desired Settlement: I just want the promised replacement door. ASAP!

Review: We purchased bathroom cabinets from Singer in Covington La. We have double sinks in our master bathroom.As they were being repositioned to install the counter top the backs and sides came undone. The cabinets over the toilet are of poor workmanship. I was present when they were unpacked and the paint on the front was missing in one spot. I contacted Singer an they sent a representative to inspect the damage after they sent a repair person to fix the problem in the double sinks. He simply put a piece of molding in one of the corners. She said they was nothing she could do for the cabinets under the sinks but refunded me 10% of the cost for the over the toilet cabinets. A few months later the paint started to peal on the doors and panels under the sinks. I contacted the rep. she sent me two doors even though I have four doors with no description of how to put them on clamming water damage is not covered under the warranty. No Warranty was discussed at the time of the sale and none was included in with the cabinets. I have been in contact with the manufacturer ,AristoKraft Cabinetry, and they emailed me a copy of the warranty saying that water damage is not covered in the warranty. I asked them to send a repair person to install the two doors as my skill is limited and they said labor is not covered under the warranty.Desired Settlement: I suggested to the Singer Rep we would purchase new and better quality cabinets from them minus the cost of the old cabinets plus we would pay them to install them and if anything is damaged they would fix and or replace all damages. The Singer rep never replayed to my emails about this and has refused to contact me anymore.

Review: Dear Sir,I purchased a home in the Bywater, [redacted] on June 22, 2015. It was my intention to renovate this house and make it my permanent residence. As part of the renovation, I purchased kitchen cabinets, countertops, and installation of these from Singer Kitchens July 15, 2015. Measurements of the kitchen had been done the week before by a Singer Kitchen sales associate. The cabinets were delivered August 3, 2015. 1. After delivery of the cabinets, Installation #1 was scheduled. After about an hour, the installer hired by Singer informed my contractor that the cabinets could not be installed. There had been a mis-measurement. No one from Singer contacted me that day. The following day, I contacted the Singer sales associate and was told that four (4) additional cabinets would need to be ordered. 2. The four (4) additional cabinets were delivered several weeks later (with an additional $1000 bill) and Installation #2 was scheduled. Again, after about an hour, the installer told me he could not install the cabinets because a cabinet supposedly delivered August 3rd, could not be located. The installer informed me that the missing cabinet would have to be reordered. Again, no one from Singer contacted me. 3. The reordered cabinet arrived and Installation #3 was scheduled. The installation went smoothly until the sink installation. After measurements were taken by the Singer sales associate, I ordered a 36" top mount farmer sink on July 9, 2015 - after measurements were taken and before I signed the contract with Singer. I hand delivered specifications for all appliances to the Singer sales associate. The cabinet for the sink that was ordered was also 36". A 36" sink will not fit in a 36" cabinet. 4. In an effort to get this ordeal over with, I ordered another top mount farmer sink - 33" which would work with the cabinet ordered by Singer. This was another $500 expenditure plus expedited shipping charges. I sent an email to the Singer sales associate with a picture of the installed sink and also called him to alert him that the sink would be here ASAP. 5. The sink arrived, I notified the Singer sales associate and Installation 4 was scheduled. The installer hired by Singer made cuts to the cabinet for an UNDER MOUNT sink. After four (4) installation attempts, I am still waiting on Singer to correct an error. Adding to my frustration is the lack of response from Singer representatives. As detailed above, all communication with Singer when errors were made were initiated by me. I was able to get the name of someone in "management", Nancy [redacted], but she has not been prompt in responding to my text or emails and the phone number she provided me, does not give you the option to even leave a voicemail. In addition to seeking legal counsel, I plan to share my experience with anyone who could be a potential Singer customer. Consumers have choices when making large purchases for building or remodeling homes and to me this was a large expenditure. Surely other vendors can offer better service that I've received.Desired Settlement: Finish the job and billing adjustment

We are currently awaiting the arrival of additional materials required to finish the job and we expect these materials to arrive within the next day or two. We've been working with [redacted] and as of Thursday morning 10/22/15 have completed the installation of her kitchen. [redacted] informed us on Friday 10/23/15 that she has several issues with the kitchen that need to be corrected. We're waiting to receive the list of her issues so that we can proceed.
