I was looking for a new pcp and went to this group for chest pains.Never Again! They did testing and that was fine but then the bills started coming in. Billed for so many things I couldn't possibly know if they are accurate. They are sending threatening letters every 7 days for payment. Tests were done in April and I have already paid half but that's not good enough for them as the letters keep coming. I have never seen a practice so worried about their money and not the patient. BEWARE!

Review: I had purchased a laser hair removal package from them thru groupon for 6 sessions. The first appointment that I made with them was cancelled by the office and had to be rescheduled. The second time they cancelled, they called my father's phone number to do it; he was listed as the emergency contact for their medical records which is a violation of HIPPA policies. I understand if something comes up once, even twice but after 4 cancellations/rescheduling I had enough! During a 7 month period I was only able to go in 3 times. I asked for a refund a few months back but haven't seen any result to my complaint with the office staff.Desired Settlement: I would like my full purchase price refunded.
