I apologize for the delay in getting my response to you in regards to this complaintI would like to address the concerns brought up by [redacted] as listed in her complaint [redacted] has misrepresented the facts and is not being honest at allWe had had several issues with her throughout the re roofing process of her home.? [redacted] claims that within days of finishing her project, she received a preliminary lien noticeShe called me as soon as she received this and I informed her that we had no intentions of placing a lien on her property and that the form she received was a standard notice sent out to every customerIn the state of Arizona, a contractor must send out this notice in order to preserve their right to lien a property in the event of non payment after services are performed [redacted] was provided this information and it was explained to her in detail before her Revdex.com complaint was filed [redacted] claims that a bill was never provided to her either which is another misrepresentation of factsIt was explained to [redacted] in great detail how the insurance claims process worksWe informed her that we would be submitting our estimate to [redacted] for approval and negotiation her claim before a final number could be agreed upon or reached [redacted] conveniently forgot to mention that originally, her insurance company was only going to repair small portions of her roof and that only after several weeks of working with [redacted] ***, did our company get [redacted] to agree to the full replacement of her roofShe is completely aware of the process but is simply put, a liar[redacted] also claims that our estimate contained the detach and reset of solar panelsWe never claimed that we detached or reset the solar panelsAgain, [redacted] is a bold face liarShe was aware from the beginning, that we needed to include the detach and reset of her solar panels in the estimate so that [redacted] would pay for itIf that portion of the scope of work was not included in our estimate, the insurance company would have not paid for itThis is common practice and [redacted] was aware of that[redacted] claims that her contract reads that we will do the work for the insurance approved proceeds onlyThis is correct however, [redacted] again fails to mention that this information was explained to her and great date detail beforeDid original estimate provided to [redacted] by her insurance company when they first inspector her roof was for only $They were not going to cover the full replacementWe faught with [redacted] for months and finally got them to agree to replace the entire roofEven at that point, we had to go back-and-forth with [redacted] many times as they tried to make every effort possible not to cover all items on the roof [redacted] so conveniently leaves out all the work that we did in order to? get the insurance company to allow the full replacement of the roof [redacted] fails to mention all the hard work and months of time we put in to get this done for her [redacted] also failed to mention that she was in the loop and knew everything that was going on throughout every step of the process of us in the process of us negotiating estimates with [redacted] in attempt to get [redacted] to color all items on the roof.Not only was it explained to [redacted] that we would be going back to the insurance company to ask for more money to get the work done properly, our contract also clearly states thatSo this information was explained to her and she signed a contract which clearly stated that there would be a possibility of us going back to [redacted] for additional funds if need be.After the roof is completed, [redacted] made claims that my company did not tear off her roof completelyShe lied and said that we only tore off 30% of the roof and the other 70% of it was still left behind under the new roofShe sent me something in writing stating that she could prove thisOur company does not operate like that and I knew that this was not trueI explained this to her but she insisted that my crew had ripped her offIn good faith, I offered to go out to the roof and cut open any part of the roof where they thought that we had not tore off the roof completely and we would open the roof for them to see that we did in fact tear the roof off to the deckMyself and one of my foreman met [redacted] son at the propertyHe pointed out the section where he was certain that we had not pour off the roof completely and we cut open the roof to show him that the roof had in fact been torn off.? the bottom line is that [redacted] is a liar and has made several claims which she has not been able to provide any proof ofShe is simply filing this complaint to tarnish the reputation of my companyThere is no good faith in her complaint as there was no wrongdoing on my company’s partEverything was explained to [redacted] in great detail and she was in the loop and knew exactly what was going on every step of the way.? I never build her for any work that we did not do and we did all of the work that we build forShe knew up front, that we would have to go back-and-forth with the insurance company before we could agree on an amount since they were not covering the entire roof from the get go.? ?

I would not recommend Singh Roofing L.L.C. to anyone. Singh's only attempt to resolve this matter was an offer for $150.00 to drop the complaint to the Revdex.com, which I declined.
