Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] < [redacted] @ [redacted] .***>Dec 5to me IN RESPONSE TO THE SUGGESTED SETTLEMENT PROPOSED BY EXPERT TECH, I AM DISAPPOINTED IN THAT I BELIEVE THE PROPRIETOR HAS ADVANCED SEVERAL LIES IN HIS DESCRIPTION OF OUR DISAGREEMENT THAT BEING SAID, I DO NOT WANT HIM TO DO ANY MORE WORK FOR ME I HAVE BEEN HIS CUSTIMER FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND THIS INCIDENT HAS CAUSED ME TO LOSE FAITH IN HIS HONESTY AND INTEGRITY I AM WILLING TO ACCEPT A NEW [redacted] SKIN FOR MY PLOW AT HALF THE COST I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE IT INSTALLED AT ANOTHER SHOP IF THIS PROPOSAL IS ACCEPTABLE TO RESOLVE THIS COMPLAINT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE IN BRINGING THIS DISPUTE TO A CLOSE [redacted]

In response to Mr[redacted] 's complaint - The Poly skin was already cracked & damaged needing replacement when the vehicle arrived for service, when we tried to push the plow blade to angle it (testing it) it cracked more.We performed our inspection & found many things worn out & damaged, we put together an estimate for all the repairs needed & contacted Mr[redacted] , He told us not to do anything that he would be there to pick up his vehicle.He came in paid the inspection charge & went in the back to get his vehicle, he then pointed out that the skin wasn't broken in that area when he brought it in, I took a look at it and asked him what he wanted me to do and he said to knock $dollars off his bill which I did, I gave him back $cash He left satisfied with that He stopped in a couple weeks later to say he had the plow fixed & that it cost him less than our estimate for the repairs needed, but then said all he wanted fixed was the angles (my estimate was for all the repairs needed)A day or so later he called to say he wanted our insurance information, I asked what he needed it for & he said he wanted to file a claim, I asked for what & he said because I broke his plow, I said I thought we had that settled, He said we did but that he changed his mind [redacted] These plows that we are a dealer for ( [redacted] ) have a clear [redacted] skin 1/8" thick, Once broken or cracked they need replacement, there is no such thing being able to repair these His was broken when it came here & nothing was done purposely to damaged it As a gesture of good will I can offer a replacement [redacted] skin installed for 1/price The total cost to him would be $& would include the labor & Tax

The [redacted] skin is $266.67, We charge $25.00 to Install, with tax the total is $315.00  1/2 of that is $157.50.   Subtract $13.50 (which is 1/2 of the $25.00 + $1.00 tax)The balance of is $144.00 for the [redacted].   This is a one time offer to settle this dispute, I won't deal with any more responses from Mr.[redacted] based on his statements about this incident.  He may pick up the skin on the day we receive it  (delivery to us is usually 2 - 3 days after placing the order)
