To Whom It May Concern, This letter is in regards to ID # *** came to our store on July 27th and bought a few items including Nestles Milo and UFO chipsShe called an hour later after she purchased the items and said that the Milo and UFO’s were expiredWe asked her to stay on
the phone and right away we checked both products and they were not expiredEven though the dates didn’t match we still offered her an exchange/refundPlease acknowledge that Indian stores all over the U.S.A sell these products and there are a Indian stores a few minutes away from our store tooWe told her kindly on the phone that we would be more than happy to return the productsHowever, she started yelling and arguing that she doesn’t want to drive there and waste her time and that we sold her expired productsWe said that, that is a lie and we don’t sell expired products and she can come see the dates herself, yet she kept arguing and saying we sell expired products and she doesn’t want to waste her gas and come therePlease understand that she declined the offer for refund or exchange over the phoneTwenty minutes later she showed up to our store and as soon as she entered her attitude was extremely aggressiveOnce again what we discussed over the phone was discussed in person and we told her that she can go and see the dates on our products, but she refusedShe soon started being disrespectful towards us and we told her to step outside and wait for security because she was getting very aggressiveThe security said they were on their way there and when they arrived she was long goneBasically, in conclusion *** bought products from us but the products she was complaining about was not oursDespite it not being ours we offered exchange/refund but she refused and created chaosWe are not willing to give her any refund anymore because we do not want her in our store and she had refused over the phone and in personAlso, the address that she gave is actually not hers because the number plate on her car was from Oregon and so was her phone number when she called; she’s not our customer Thank you Singhs Oceania Supermarket
I am rejecting this response because:every thing on the message is a lieYou guys can go read all the reviews under Singh's Oceania on yelp and google websiteAll you will see is how rude there customer service is and they sell expired product to everyoneI'm not the only victim of there awful behaviorThey have cameras in the storeThe owner *** *** was showing me and my family both his middle fingersThat's how good of customer service they haveThey did ask me to go in for a refund when I went in they refunded and started yelling that I was lyingThat's the only Indian store my family shops atSo I decided to check it outMy family never checked dates until I pointed it out to them
