Review: I had went to singh's auto repair to trade in my two vans for a suburban on his lot, I did not have the title to one of the vans, so I went down to dmv got all the necessary paper work to transfer the title into his name, singh stated to me this is all he needs he will fill it out and send it in, so if he were to sell it, it would be in his name. months past I get a letter in the mail from CHP stating my van is in the impound it was still in my name, a woman got pulled over with drugs in the car the car got impounded it was still in my name, my husband called the inpound she says the woman tried to forge my name to get the car out, I called singh he sold the car still in my name, I have no idea who these people are if they have my information or not, I have no idea if they are dangerous, he said I didnt give him everything to transfer the car to his name. which he stated previously that he has everything he needed if he didnt how can the woman transfer the car into her name. I in no way give him permission to sell the car in my name. singh called wants us to go down to the impound and get the car out for her, and if the car lapsed it will be on our credit.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I would like singh to get the car out of the impound and return the car to us. we should not have to deal with this situation.

I did talked to you about the issue, [redacted] never went and did release of liability of the van so the car never gotten released to my name, it is seller responsibility to do the of liability. Which I went and did on my part, but it wouldn't work like that because [redacted] L. [redacted] did not did they part as the original owner. I also did call [redacted] L. [redacted] couple times to resolve the issue, but no answer. I did left message.
