I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] You are correct about the dates but once the other motor went bad we told you we had purchased a truck because of the delay of getting the new engine once we got the new engine it took us another month to get a mechanic to get caught back up to put it back in and once we got it in it was a spare truck and we told you wants it was running that it was making internal noise it had to rocker arms and pushrods bent/ broke [redacted] told us to run this unit and see what it did we went miles and throw a rod out of the motor that is over $10,down the drain with labor in the purchase of the engine

On 05/14/15 we sold [redacted] a Caliber transmission on our invoice # [redacted] for the amount of $1026.68.On 06/06/15 he picked up a replacement transmission for invoice # [redacted].I have just returned from a trip and reviewed this information from the Revdex.com and have researched the situation. either incorrectly marked or have processed the transmission that came out of the car.   Because of this we will let you keep the transmission that is currently in your car and still give you a refund of your purchase price ($1026.68).I do apologize for the extended time frame and the multiple calls to try and get the first unit working but vehicles are becoming more and more complicated and vehicle systems are interlinked. As far as our sales representative hanging up, he was being verbally abused and I do not ask any of our employees to take that. You can come by and pick up your refund check anytime Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Customer purchased the engine on 01/12/17.Customer called and let us now they had a problem with the engine on 02/27/17.We delivered a replacement engine to the customer on 03/08/17.The purchase was covered by a 100 day warranty from the original purchase date of 01/12/17.  This means he had...

warranty coverage up to 04/21/17. He called on 09/11/17 to inform us the engine we delivered on 03/08/17 had failed. We informed the customer the engine was out of warranty. As a good faith gesture we offered to give a discount on the purchase of another engine.
