Honestly y'all make yourself out like you do something other than give names of different resources. That I want to add we could do on our own and actually find resources that help. Then why are you asking for our information then saying that people will get back with us? Why do we need to talk to people if all you're doing is sharing additional resources or not additional but actual resources because y'all aren't any kind of resource that actually helps do anything but give people's hopes up! You would think if this was an advocate for single parent you'd be saying for them not to be given out this information like any other places that "help" people.

Shame on you for turning this around on the members! While it is true that every member has the option of unsubscribing and opting out of texts and emails, it's still a shame how you and or your company exploits ingle parents by selling their contact and personal information! Once the information is disclosed to SPAOA, it's too late! Opting out of emails and texts from SPAOA specifically does not opt me out of texts and emails and phone calls from other spam/scam artists, solicitors, telemarketers. Your (not-so) clever response to the disgruntled patron shows that you were expecting these complaints and had your rebuttal ready. Well I'm here to pick that unacceptable response to pieces: as mentioned, you blame the member for not knowing that you have to go to each platform to unsubscribe in order to be unsubscribe all across the board. Of course that's only with spaoa and not with all the people that you sold our information to. I would suggest putting in notations that this action to unsubscribe pertains only to the correspondence it is attached to followed by instructionson how to unsubscribe all across the board. Of course you don't want to do that because it's a trick to keep people signed up.

Yes! Every complaint is valid despite the representative from SPAOA trying to explain and justify the spam texts, emails and phone calls the already STRESSED OUT SINGLE PARENTS are BOMBARDED with. Once you give them personal info, and I mean the very moment, expect multiple phone calls per day from telemarketers and solicitors, at least two (up to four) text messages per day and countless emails daily. I understand some of these websites and apps run off of advertisements but this specific site is nothing but clickbait! In fact I don't understand how you got the domain .org because I have yet to find anything legitimate by using this site or from clicking any of the links sent to me numerous. times a day. it is apparent they chose this to me in order to fool people into trusting the content and intentions. So I must thank them for teaching me that previously there was an unspoken a rule that .Org was saved for nonprofits and charities. However, today there are no requirements or rules to follow in order to get the domain .org. Simply pay for it and it's yours. Want proof of this harassment? Check out the dozen of screenshots I have attached depicting the numerous texts, spam phone calls, and emails that I get daily. In reference to the phone calls ... I've only included the single number that calls me the most. Sadly there are many more numbers but I think I've made my point clear...

Check back for an update soon...

We are in receipt of the follow up to complaint ID and wanted to respond with the following informationAs previously referenced, our email practices are 100% Can-Spam compliant, and all of our members have to option or opting into email communication of information and offers during registration on our site This however is not a requirement of membership We also include an opt-out link on every communication sent from our organization to a member, that link allows the member to manage their email preferences, or opt-out entirely from any mailings from Single Parent Alliance(attached: screenshot of our preferences page)Regarding the complaint received, I would like to reiterate that this member joined over two years ago on March 19th, On Wednesday, September 23rd 2015, the member initiated an unsubscribe request by clicking a link in the copy of one of our email communications and was promptly unsubscribed from all future email notifications This was the only unsubscribe attempt that our system registered You can also unsubscribe from our platform anytime by simply emailing our member services team and making an unsubscribe request (this method is not immediate like the unsubscribe link, it can take up to hours as the members services team does not work weekends)With regard to phone response, we do monitor our voicemails but do not have real time phone support for our members at this time Again, we are a free membership and supporting real time phone support would impact our ability to deliver a free membership to our audience During the month of September, nearly 75,members joined the site We support our members online with a team of people that respond to hundreds of requests and inquiries dailyMost importantly, as for value delivered, we receive many emails from members thanking us for the information provided on our site In addition, we strive to attain value for our members by partnering with services in a way we feel would benefit our members For example all SPAOA members receive 10% off at any Motelnationally Each month we receive reports from our partner showing that hundreds of our members take advantage of this benefit each month, some staying for extended periods of time For example, in the month of August 2015, our members saved over $3,collectively by utilizing this resource we provided We are proud to offer benefits like these to our members and while the site is supported by advertising, we try and make sure the advertisements are relevant to our membersSince its inception, Single Parent Alliance of America has signed up and attempted to help in excess of million members, and communicates online with roughly members a day in our customer service department We understand that on occasion a member may not find our information a good fit or of benefit to them, and we honor all requests to change email preferences or terminate membership If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly at:

Of course, that's only with spaoa and not with all the people that you sold our information to. I would suggest putting in notations that this action to unsubscribe pertains only to the correspondence it is attached to, followed by instructions on how to unsubscribe all across the board. Of course you don't want to do that because it's a trick to keep people signed up. Speaking of those people signed up, the number that you gave of those new members is irrelevant because they too will learn of your trickery and I will be right here complaining short time! no doubt about it! third, you mentioned member save 10% on motel nationally. What the hell is that? I've done some research and can't find a company or travel agency or anything for that matter with that name. You going to say that your members have saved collectively $3 ...I'm assuming that's a typo as it was likely your intentions were to type a number much higher. But then fate stepped in and it's my guess that your subconscious brain was typing for you. Thus you unknowingly typed the true number(s) versus the untruthful calculations you want people to believe. OR MAYBE, JUST MAYBE IT WAS KARMA! anyway, you also claim that your advertisements AR unique to each member. However, gnosis things I receive have no relevance to me at all. Prime example? I'm continuously being saturated with texts and emails regarding a settlement whereas there is no settlement pending for me nor anyone in my household nor anyone in my immediate
family. So that's just an outright lie. And lastly, may I point out that and your response you say, "since its inception, Single Parent Alliance of America has signed up and attempted to help in excess of million members..." attempted...ATTEMPTED!? ARE THERE NUMBERS AND STATS FOR THE NUMBER THAT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY HELPED? If so, I would be more interested in knowing THAT fact versus the ideology that you may or may not have tried to help someone several years ago. In conclusion, spaoa is a fraud and should be avoided at all costs

I have been receiving text messages from this organization almost everyday with promises of helping me with my financial situationI finally realized that it couldn't be a ligament business because they would tell you that you were approved for xxamount of dollars and once you click on the link they send, they just request more personal information! I just like one of the other people in a earlier post request that all of my information and pictures are removed from their websiteI don't know where else to go with this now

These people are using the lure of self improvement for single parents to gain profit without ever actually producing any help or service. They sell your number to scam companies that then proceed to attempt to pry you for your financial information.
