Good morning ***,We are in receipt of your complaint and are very saddened to read your unfounded allegations towards our serviceWe have worked with you and continue to work with you in helping you find the partner you came to our service to meet as this is not an overnight serviceWe never
promised that you would find your Mr*** in a certain amount of time or by a certain introduction hence why you have more than referral with your membershipThis is a process that can be quick for some clients and take longer for othersPlease review paragraph of your membership agreement that clearly states our service makes no guarantees. We corresponded with you via email on January 13th and called you on the 12th at 11:58amWe sent you a referral on the 22nd and on the 27th, we send you an email asking you to contact either us or the referral we sent youOn the 29th, we received an email from you stating you do not wish to meet with the referralWe responded todayYou have a direct email address as well as telephone number to Client Services and we encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns as we are here for youYou had been working closely with Kylie in Client Services as your emails show and now are working with Tina.The referrals we have sent you are quality, compatible referrals to your personality profile first and forest as this is the whole basis of our matching processThey also share similar interestsAs previously stated this is a process that through your feedback we critique as we move forwardThe third referral we sent you was TomYour feedback was a follows; "met times, but it didn't work out in the end...though you got alot closer than my last matches, very nice man, has the Christian values I want in a man, a real gentleman, I felt safe with him." In response to this complaint, please be advised that Ms*** was never pressured or coerced into enrolling with our serviceWe have a full recording of the entire interviewAt no time during the interview was Ms*** crying, shaking or sweatingThroughout the entire
interview Ms*** was articulate and spoke English with precision. However, in light of the facts we have agreed to a full refund.Regards.***Client Services

[redacted]We believe we have addressed the allegations that you mention again in your rebuttal and our position remains the same. On December 11th, 2014 in an email you asked us to receive a copy of your interviewer's notes, as we shared with you this is the property of SinglesPLUS. We would be more than happy to send you a copy of your matching card that details your compatibility/personality profile testing, Dating Preferences, interests, etc...you filled out at the time of the interview if you would like just let us know.Respectfully,[redacted]

They failed to deliver services as contracted. they gave a referral then call to cancel it as that individual did not fulfill his financial obligation to the Co. They made a referral to an individual who was not God conscious when that was a" must have" in my case. They made a referral to an individual who was unwilling to follow through with the referral because of distance. My contract was for 8 referrals and the above was all I received for the thousand of dollars spent within 3 1/2years . No one seems to want to assume responsibility for fulfilling the contract.

I am rejecting this response because:I want a refund. You did not address my concerns.  Why don't you list your great customer service contacts with me over the last year, not just the contact you made AFTER my complaints?  You can't, because you never contacted me.  For nearly a year.  Your customer service stinks and you know it, and you insult my intelligence by claiming you have done nothing wrong.I might remind you that you are a service business.  I paid for service.  That was the deal.  At the time of my enrollment that is what you were selling, and that is what I bought.  You can write anything on a card.  That is not what I want.  I want my money back for services not rendered.  I want to talk to the owner of your company, in this forum. I will not walk away from my money.
