Review: I joined this dating service in march of this year, paying for a years service plus a photography fee/photos. Jen assured me the photos would be mine, she would email them but no refund. I paid 69.00 for the photos and 69.00 for the year of using the dating site/matchmaking services. I emailed, called , texted her numerous times. No response. She did answer the phone one time out of the 8-10 times I attempted to communicate. She said there were no refunds because this service was one of a kind , with audio messages. he did say she would email me my photos. She hasnt as of yet. I asked for a refund because I was not satisfied with the service.Desired Settlement: I would like my photos delivered as promised and a refund for not using the service and dissatisfaction. Also, Jen should not treat other customers in this manner.

Review: Purchased Matchingmaking services. After several sections Sacramento office provided no follow thru. I have written several letters, left VM & emails. No response.Desired Settlement: I have requested a refund of $323.00, but neither the main office (Rancho Cordova) nor Sacramento will respond.
