Will Not use them or their associates ever again
I did a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis at St David's Georgetown (Texas) Hospital. This was the fourth CT scan I have done there. A radiologist from ARA Diagnostics, who is part of Singleton and Associates, read the scan and made the radiologist report. In the past three (Chest scans) times, the radiologist cost was around $90. This time I received a bill for $93.70 and paid it. Then another bill showed up for another $975.90 on top of the $93.70. They said they under billed me before. I had multiple calls with their billing department to sort this out. Twice they told me that the new bill is wrong and to ignore and then the bill shows up again. My insurance dropped them and was not helpful either. I called ARA Cost Estimate department and asked for a quote as if I was going to do the same scan again at St David's Georgetown and I was given an estimate of $138.47. I used the online cost estimator as if I will do the scan at their facility and the cost was $1375.00 for everything (scan and radiologist read). I called their billing department again and told them of the estimates and said there has got to be a mistake here. They would not budge. I asked for a discount and they gave me a 20% discount. I paid the bill just to forget them and move on.
So basically, I paid more for the reading alone than for the actual scan which was a separate (less) cost from Georgetown hospital. Also, what they are charging me for the reading is almost as much as they would have charged me if the whole thing was done at an ARA facility. AND about 9 times as much as they quoted me over the phone for the reading only at Georgetown

I will avoid them like the plague from now on. Unfortunately, that means I will not be using St David's hospitals anymore either because they subcontract with ARA Diagnostics for their radiologists need.

surprise bill for my wifes procedure
my experience with singleton associates has been awful. my wife had a biopsy done at the hospitals of providence in el paso, texas . She recieved a surprise bill from singleton assiociates whom she never heard from for over 2900. 00 dollars . they have yet to help us. our binsurance company only reduced the amount by b750.00. they staed this was out of network. the most we should have to pay was in the neighborhood of maybe 600 to seven hundred dollars. we are now stuck with a balance of 2200.00. an upsurd amount.

Bill for cat scan
I received at Ct scan at a emergency room in Burleson, Texas which my insurance paid. I received a bill from this company for over $1,000 they said was for "interpretation of cat scan". First of all the average cost for interpretation is around $300, 2nd of all the CPT code used for billing was for cat scan. They stated my insurance company "rejected" the claim because I was "ineligible". My insurance company has never had a claim from them. No supervisor will return my call and is always "in a meeting". Emails are not answered. My insurance company has invited them to reach out to discuss the filing process. No one has done so. I have updated my insurance with them three times. Its like a brick wall. I paid some of the bill before I realized they were charging me for the wrong thing and over charging at that.

singleton associates fishy way to operate
I went to the ER at Memorial Herman hospital in Katy, TX. It seems MH works with Singleton Associates for Radiology services ( In my case, cat scan). My insurance covered the cat scan with MH. But recently, a collections company contacted me regarding an unpaid bill for the cat scan. Singleton never got in touch with me nor did I receive a letter from them. There is no way I can get in touch with them. I contacted the collection company and disputed the charges. I received a letter from the collection company stating that singleton confirm the unclear charges. The collection company has not been able to provide a contact number for singleton, yet the have been able to get in touch with them.
Does someone have a valid phone number to reach Singleton and Associates?
I will continue disputing these phantom charges until I know what they are!

Billing?
I cannot get a bill out of this bunch. They think send a text saying you owe money is acceptable. It is not.

Charging $1233.00 for services my tricare insurrance already paid
I'm Mrs. Rodriguez. (account number 2072578qsleh) Singleton Associates called me saying that I owed $1,233.00 for services my insurance already paid. I called them and gave them the day my insurance issued the payment, the check number #2208802063 and all the information and asked them to please call my insurance but they said they just can't call them. They opened and investigation to find the lost check and opened a case # 1442767. An agent from my insurance told me that they billed them twice for the same services, so my insurance paid the correct amount for the date of service and denied the second bill (that was incorrectly charged twice). I hope Singleton Associates can help me resolve this situation.
