Review: I contracted with Singleton for a new roof on April 8, 2015. The experience was a nightmare. Work was delayed; once it began, it progressed very slowly for over a month. The end product was unacceptable. Shingles on the roof are buckling; the siding to the entrance of my home is damaged and discoloured, gutters are damaged. I have made dozens of calls to Jim Singleton, only to be told, "we're going to get to you; we'll make this right." Worksmanshop on my roof is sloppy, debris, including nails, were all over my yard. I subtracted what I thought was the amount to repair the siding of my house, before I paid the bill in full, which was a mistake. Because the repair cannot be made without replacing the siding, which was more than expected; and after I had paid the contractor, I had no leverage to correct any the mistakes and to make this job right.This work came with a written warrantee, 5 years labor, which is meaningless.Desired Settlement: Shingles on the back of the roof straightened and laid flat, gutter at entrance to home repaired or replaced, siding at entrance to home cleaned or replaced.
