Unfortunately this company does not care about it consumersWhen they do not have what you order from them, they just send you anythingthis way you think your order is on the way, only to have to return it at your costDONT believe themThey DONT care!

I ordered a pair of boots from OutdoorEquipped through AmazonThe boots had a label taped to the retail packaging and shipped with no protectionThe shoe box arrived with dings, dents, and creases commonly resulting from the shipping processThe boots themselves were in fine condition As so often happens when buying footwear online, they didn't quite fitGoing over their return policy, I found this troubling clauseQuoting from their website, "If your return item includes a shoe box, please do not use that box as the shipping packagingIn order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intactReturned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse and will be subject to a restocking fee being withheld from your refund." They shipped boots in a condition that would immediately cause them to subject a return to a restocking fee (20%, in this case)I noted the condition in which they shipped these boots in a message with my return, secured a box on my own dime, and shipped it back, on my dime About a week later, I get a message that my return has been processedOutdoorEquipped took their 20% restocking fee and original shipping out of my return, which combined with return shipping totalled $withheld on a $pair of boots This is highway robberyThey ship their goods with zero protection so they can get away with ALWAYS charging a restocking feeI contacted them about this travesty, and was dismissed with a generic "Tough luck" response Buyer beware

This is a HORRIBLE company I have every reason to believe that the blah blah about the owner being prior military is true because they are crooks They sell work boots on amazon and I ordered what I usually wear which is a 12EE When I received the boots they dint fiti returned them to exchange them for a 13EE and had to pay $(25%) of my order just to try and exchange themThen I was told to read the fine print which comes right after where it says 100% money refundedJerks like this should not be on amazon where they pray on people $at a time The boots I bought were "in stock" and im hit with a $restocking fee to put them back on a shelfDO NOT SHOP HERE! heaven forbid if the item you buy doesn't fit right because you will be charged excessive amounts of money to return or exchange itCROOKS!!

The store is beautiful and the transaction I had with Cheryl, the store manager, was seamlessI purchased a pair of CW-X compression socks for my father for ChristmasCheryl proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the product, and was able to quickly answer every question I had about the itemIt definitely made the initial hesitation I had diminish completely! The socks turned out to be a hit and he has even mentioned that his chronic heel pain has subsided tremendously since wearing the product!! Thanks, Outdoor Equipped! I will definitely be returning in the near future!!

I've went to the store looking for a particular productThe staff lady told me they did not have it in stock, but told me I could order onlineSo I looked it up on their website and there it wasI bought it and got it in 3~daysWas asked to leave a review if I cared so there you go!

I ordered the ACORN Women's Chinchilla Collar Slipper,Rose,XX-Large (11-M US) on December 14th thru amazon with an expected delivery date of December 24th, at the latestOn December 17th, I received an email from them saying that it has shipped, and on December 23rd I received an email saying that a shipping error occurredNot only did the item not arrive in time, but the email notifying me of the error, came extremely lateThis left little time to adjust the Christmas present, and was of great inconvenienceI would never go through this company again

Went to the Outdoor Equipped store for Christmas shopping and had a great experience! Was able to find something for everyone and the staff was extremely helpful! Will definitely go back!

OE is AWESOMEI use Outdoor Equipped for most of my outdoor recreation needs and especially for outerwear during the cold monthsI always get everything SUPER fastThe quality of all of my purchases have been super top notchAnd, the one time that I was in contact with their customer service team, it was a hassle-free and easy experience

Don't order online from them if you are not sure your sizeI returned a shoe because it was way too smallI paid $for return and they charged me $for shippingWhen I ordered it said free shipping, but they said they had to charge me shipping fee because I returned itI paid $got nothing!

I have purchased items from Outdoor Equipped both the store and the website and I have had nothing but an amazing experience!
The customer service team was very helpful with my online order and the staff in the store is very knowledgeable and friendly

Avoid this company at all costs Poor customer service, they do not stand behind their products and, frankly, don't care about their customers When I brought my issues with their product to their attention, they brushed them off and refused to accept the return of the items (items were shoes, never worn, tried on once, so wide they fell off the feet) or a refund When I approached them on this matter I was informed they are a small, family business and military!! What kind of excuse is that!! I am a military vet with years in the service This is absolutely no excuse for poor customer service or poor products If they are a small business I would think they would want to honor customers with excellent customer service I am working with Amazon to resolve this issue, but want to warn all prospective customers to avoid this company

The customer service at Outdoor Equipped is EXCELLENT!! I purchased a pair of boots for work, rather expensive boots. I ordered the size I thought would fit based on some other boots I own. Well, they were a bit snug. I wore them for a week or so, hoping they would break in and fit nicely. Well, they didn't. My toes kept hitting the front of the boots on both feet. They were just too small. I needed a size larger. So, I contacted the wonderful folks at Outdoor Equipped, and explained my situation. They happily sent a return label with RA#, and advised me to return the boots. They also advised that if I purchased the replacement pair from them they would waive the restocking fee. I was ecstatic! I love the boots, just need a larger size. On each of my emails to Outdoor Equipped they responded very promptly. I didn't have to wait for anything. They are a fantastic veteran run company. And, I will be buying more products from them in the future. You can feel comfortable buying from Outdoor Equipped because they will make sure you're happy with your purchasing experience from them.

This is highway robbery. They ship their goods with zero protection so they can get away with ALWAYS charging a restocking fee. I contacted them about this travesty, and was dismissed with a generic "Tough luck" response.

Buyer beware.
