This company basically fleeces consumers and/or their insurance companies. It does this by significantly overstating the amount of work performed and the time required to complete it. For example, they stated they worked for 1.5-3 hours to install a dehumidifier and remove some insulation from my house, in relation to a foundation crack. The actual amount of time spent at my place to do the work was around 20 minutes for which we were charged over 600 dollars.

All they did was wheel a dehumidifier to my basement, fill a few garbage bags with insulation (maybe 3 or 4) and leave the machine at my place for a couple of days. The hilarious thing is that this "work" cost more than what we paid to have our foundation crack repaired (about 400 dollars). That job actually required significantly more time and labour but we were charged 200 dollars less by the company that did the work.

I would avoid this business at all costs if you value honest service and pricing and who doesn't?
