I am rejecting this response because:
This Customer Service fella only offered to refund 50% as I bought bottles and have not used even one of them and gave him the receipts And I explained that the item causes sinus infections and he said, "No it does not."

We emailed with this gentleman on several occasions and we agreed to refund his purchase even after he used a complete bottle (100 sprays). Our policy is that the product be returned with the receipts for...
a full refund. This was discussed yesterday and we did not hear back from him.
If he wishes to return the items with the receipt his refund will be mailed back to him.
