This Zeopedic 10 inch mattress is the WORST mattress I have bought,,It is not comfortable flattens out, very hot and feels like I am sleeping on the FLOOR..junk junk junk haven't slept good for 4 weeks! stay away from it..315-705-4000 made in china

 Customer Service To me Nov ** at 3:56 PM I apologize for the delay in processing.  This was a large re-design project by our supplier.  We are processing the covers first come first served unfortunately this is taking longer than we had expected.  Please know that we have not forgotten you.  We have the shipping information you provided in this email and will continue to work to try and get this resolved ASAP.  Please allow an additional 4-6 more weeks for delivery.  Thank you so much! Still keeping my fingers crossed...

unfortunately I had the perfect pillow. I had bed bugs and had to throw it away. I bought what I thought to be the samething but it wasn't I went back to Walmart and they don't have the same brand or the same pillow. Where can I ger a contour memory Foam pillow from your company? Do you have one. I don't know If I can spend that much money again I'm retired and live on Social Security. Both times it cost me $14.95. I would like to have an answer soon Thank you.

Review: My wife and I have been trying to get a replacement since Aug [redacted] 32015 on this defective mattress topper and haven't heard anything from them. after they sent a warranty form, again on Oct [redacted] we sent form and photos, due to our schedules we have not checked up with them until yesterday and they said via email they could not fined any record however we did send it to them, as of yesterday we have not head anything back, I told their customer service dept. that if I did not hear anything back that I will be forced to file with Revdex.comDesired Settlement: Replacement

Review: I purchased a 2.5" Reversible Memory Foam Gel Topper (King Sized Mattress). While trying to zip the protective covering onto the topper I found the seams on the cover to be week and pulling apart. The zipper could not be zipped all the way. I can see several more weak spots in the fabric along the seam. I purchased the mattress on 7/**/2014 and called Sinomax the following day, on the [redacted]. I spoke to a women in customer service and requested a new cover be sent out. She said that since I just purchased it I could return it to the retailer. I explained that once you get the mattress out of the box and take the wrap off, it's almost impossible to get it back in, also I told her the retailer is 40 miles away, making it another 80 mile round trip. She then agreed to send out a new cover. I gave her my address along with my contact information but have still not received a replacement. I have called repeatedly (###-###-####) and only get voice mail to which I have left my name, phone number and reason for calling but have not gotten a return phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a replacement cover mailed out. We are very happy with the mattress itself but the cover and customer service, so far, leave a little bit to be desired.

Review: I purchased a 2.5" Reversible Memory Foam Gel Topper (Full Sized Mattress). While trying to zip the topper into the protective covering the fabric along the zipper pulled away from the seam causing large holes to appear. I can see several more weak spots in the fabric along the seam.Desired Settlement: I would like a new protective cover to be sent. I have always enjoyed the quality of products that come from Sinomax and this is the first time that I have had an issue with their products.

Review: I purchased a Sinomax mattress topper in October 2014, which was to have a 5 year warranty by Sinomax In August 2015, I contacted Sinomax about significant sagging in the topper which was causing back pain. They requested that I submit a warranty claim, which I did on 8/*/15. They confirmed on 8/*/15 that they received my claim and would be contacting me with a response. I sent follow-up emails on 9/*/15 and 9/**/15 as well as a voicemail at their office in September 2015. None of my requests have been answered at all and I do not have any way to resolve the issue. The mattress pad is in horrible condition and deserves a warranty refund based on it lasting less than one year. I do not know what else to do to get a riesponse from this company, so I am filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $99.98 that was spent on the item to purchase it.
