Terrible Product and serviceDO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCT!!! We run a clinic our printer is a big dealWe ordered ink We tried to save moneyNO DONT THINK THAT> We tried it, it did everything but work correctlyIt would not print like it should it was locking up our printer to the point unplugging and plugging it back in did not workclogged up printer Was locked on support code BWe took Ink out tried again same problemsWe had to go a day without fax/ copies/ printing anythingFinally we got the original ink back inside and worked like newSo we called to file the returnIt states as long its within daysSo We called it goes straight to voicemailSo we Email Each day for almost weeks was a complete run around and requestsIn order to just return these $ink setNO Daniel kept asking for unnecessary pictures of InksOne of inks outside of printer, one of inks inside of printer one of the printer its self then one of the error codeNo matter how many times I explain the situation and how we are not going to lock up our printer again for one pictureAgain let me remind you this is an on going thing for almost weeksOf emailing back and forth of complete run around All we wanted to do was a return and get money backNO he kept saying its the policyNo where was it on the policy of all these requestJUST WOWis all I have to sayDO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS

11-6- I ordered the refillable cartridge system for my Epson printer, but ordered the wrong part number, though very similar, and had to request replacementsThat was my fault First, the company refused to issue an RMAInstead, they insisted on charging my card for another complete set at $19.95, and that I return the original two sets of printer chips for the cartridges at my costWhich I did Before returning the originals in new, unused condition, they declined to explain exactly what they were offering me in return Only after paying the extra money and , returning the chips, and exchanging several emails, did they bother to respond to explain they would send me back TWO sets of correct parts in return for my originals I have now spent more than $for the ink and chips, and am dissatisfied with their poor, unfriendly response, lack of transparency , poor packaging and labeling and uncaring customer response to requests for help assistance, and a legitimate RMA request in which they behaved as if they did not care about my issues, or whether I got the help needed They are a seller on Amazon, and I even used the feedback facility there, and got only a terse response from "***', that had no affect of the lack of concern from their RMA 'specialist' [redacted] I plan to repeat my complaint on Amazon as well Here is the email I sent them in response to the unmarked parts they sent me: [redacted] I received the replacement cartridge chips and snap on caps you sent me for my Epson WF cartridges So Thanks for that There were no directions included of any sort, and the caps are marked with only '6761R' type numbers They just came in a clear plastic bag I cannot tell from that very basic info which color they correspond to They don't say 'M' for magenta, 'Y' for yellow, or any scheme that differentiates them Shouldn't you have marked them in some way? Not very helpful I tried digging around on the Sinotime site for the cartridge numbers, and could not locate the information I paid for these replacements, and they SHOULD be marked in some way I feel as though your are punishing me for putting you to some trouble to replace them Whether I get the information from you or not, I will never purchase from your company again I plan to let all my friends know how slipshod your help pages are, and the lack of concern with your RMA procedure, despite the fact that I paid to return the wrong cartridges I have now paid $for two sets of chips/caps, and $19.99for the original extra set, and for a replacement fee ( 419.99) to exchange them for my model, but at this point I have to experiment around before I can use them A dissatisfied customer [redacted]

I Ordered ink Pack Ink Cartridges Replacement for HP on July and they sent them to the wrong city and state I found the problem with with reviewing the tracking and sent an e-mail that the city and state was incorrect on 7/29/ No response from the company Beginning of Aug they e-mailed and stated the address was incorrect I e-mailed back and I stated I had given them the correct e-mail Aug I called to find out what was going on with my order Customer service said that the order had not been return to them so they could not send it to me yet I told customer service to cancel the order and refund my money, and she stated that it would have to wait until the item was returned and they would treat it as a returned item She also stated that they have had other customer with the same problem call about items being shipped incorrectly They charge 15% restocking on return fee even if you never receive the item This is my experience with this company
