[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:A voice message was left on my home phone by the owner of the establishment asking that I return her phone call so that we can resolve the problem of her stylist putting a chemical in my hair without my knowledge or permissionI attempted to contact the owner at the number she left on my voicemail twice to no avail, my attorney attempted to reach out to the owner and again the owner did not answer the phone ( the phone does not accept messages)I have before and after photographs (taken by the stylist) as well additional documented proof that a chemical was put in my natural hair at her salon by her employeeI am far from happy with the owners lack of caring and compassion for what her employees have done and, according to former employees of her establishment, are continuing to doThe Internet is a powerful medium and through it I've been put in contact with previous patrons of her establishment and I am seriously considering initiating a class action lawsuitI want the owner to accept full responsibility for her employees unethical behavior, fire them and compensate me for the damage done Regards, [redacted]

The message did not state what clarification you needed.I can elaborate on the original complaint I filed with Revdex.com.I walked into Sintia Dominican Salon on April 10, to have my hair washed, conditioned, blow dried and trimmedMy hair is all natural...no chemical products what so ever....I asked for a vitamin cocktail (one of their advertised specials) and I was told by the shampooer that the vitamin cocktail would not moisturize my hair and that I should use the *** (Placenta) cocktailI acquiescedI notice the shampooer repeated kept pulling down on my hair and smoothing it backwardsAfter the wash and conditioner the shampooer wrapped my hair in a towel and had me sit in line to wait to have it blow driedThe shampooer and the clerk at the front of the desk kept staring at me and then at each other but I did not know what that was all aboutThe stylist blow dried my hair and I noted how straight it was, I asked her to take picture with my cell phone, she did and then asked if she could curl it because their was no body to the hairI said yes and she took pictures with my phone and hers after the curlingAgain the shampooer and clerk are staring at me looking for a reaction and at each otherI noticed my hair smelled burnt but I had a birthday party to attend that eveningAfter or days I could not stand the burnt smell and washed my hairAll of a sudden my finger were coated with something that felt slick/greasy and my hair was coming out in clumps!I ran to the mirror and looked at the curl pattern in my hairThe front had sections of totally straight hair while the back had large curlsI jumped on the internet and researched and came to the conclusion that a texturizer was put in my hair and still processing during the days I had not washed it, I wrapped my hair in a towel ran to the local beauty store and purchased a neutralizer and re- washed my hairThe slick greasy feeling went away but my hair still continued to fall out in clumpsI used *** *** Keratin conditioner which helped a little with the breakage but my hair is now totally damaged and at the line of demarcation (old and new hair) it is very weak.The shampooer at Sintia Dominican Salon along with the assistance of the front deck clerk (where he exchanged the vitamin conditioner) knowingly put a chemical in my hair without my permission undoing the months it took me to grow out and have cut off my previously processed hair.It is now months later and my hair pattern has not changed; furthermore you can see the difference between the new growth and the hair Sintia Dominican Salon illegally applied a chemical too
