Review: My 89 year old mother had an air conditioner that was not working properly. My wife met the Sinton Service Tech at her home where he proceeded to show her the coil and that it wasn't getting freon to all of it and that the type of freon required was no longer legally available and because of that BOTH coils would need to be replace for over $4400. He spoke with me on the phone and told me the same thing. We then got another heating/cooling company to come out and he said that the unit was perfectly fine and needed the freon charged and that of course the freon was still available and that he buys it all the time and he fixed it in about 5 minutes and said it was fine and good to go. This is not the first time that Sinton has tried to scam us and lied to my wife previously about needed repairs and warranties.Desired Settlement: We would like Sinton to apologize, fire the tech and reverse the $243 charge for lying to my wife and me and my mother.
