I followed up on 1/1/5/with an email. As of this morning, we have not heard back from the business and have not received the refund to our Pay Pal account

Couldn't find a place where I could write a review on the Sinus Wars website soo I guess I will do it here. The amazeing success that I have had on useing Sinus Wars 13 and Superblocker has been a miraculous experience for me. My sinus polyps were practically blocking my whole nose over the years and not being able to breath through my nose was makeing my life soo hard to live because it was I couldn't breath very well and when I went Swimming I couldn't stay under water for very long because I couldn't get enough oxygen in my lung capacity fully hadn't my nose wasn't stuffed with all these polyps being in there to block the air. Soo in roughly 2 weeks I took this dosage 2 times a day and sure enough all the polyps started shrinking and now I can fully breath out of my nose without these polyps blocking the air to breath through my nose. Hi, about Sinuswars products I do not have much to comment although there after sales support and logistic choice speaks volumes about the company and its ideals.
So friends, if you are planning to order anything from Sinuswars make sure you are not located out of US, otherwise they make choice of some local courier company and as in my case if the courier service fails to do their work properly, then they penalize you for it by not refunding the complete money ( minus courier service cost and handling charges), further making refunds of money after return of the product to their warehouse.
BTW it’s been 3 months since I placed order and did not receive the product, nor refunds and despite 20 odd mails, some 11 reminders. All I get in return is not answers to my questions, but some stale responses from a back end team who is least concerned. They need to realize they are in health business and concern about customer’s needs is to be a prime responsibility.
They have a very irresponsible back end team who are least concerned about health needs of a consumer. Pl beware.

Review: There is more than one primary nature of my complaint so bare with me on the whole storyI ordered a product from sinuswars.ca "SinusWars Canada"The site disclaimer said all prices were charged in CDN funds not that I even noticed that as I would assume that their Canadian site, the Canada counterpart of their .com site would indeed charge in Canadian fundsThe following day, I saw that my credit card was charged in US FundsIn trying to contact the website two of their .ca emails bounced backI called the provided number and was referred to emailing a .com email which responded that the charging in CDN funds was a 'typo' the website was then changedI asked for a refund which I was told I would get once the product was returned as it already had shippedI then noticed they are shipping from NY and not their so called BC warehouseWhen I inquired about this they claimed that the BC warehouse was out of stock on the product I wantedTheir website also says "priority" which according to Canada Post is next day shippingIt is now business days later and still no productI would hope at the least it would be here tomorrow and within the business days that the lowest level of shipping is.Desired Settlement: Their .com website says they ship Worldwide making a Canadian website redundantI would like to see the Canadian site closed down as to not further trick Canadian customersAlso, their actual .com website should be reviewed because their priority shipping claims are Business
