Complaint[redacted] billed us for calls after our account balance ran out. They over billed for the cost of the calls by 4X any other carriers prices.Our account is a prepaid account and no credit was ever extended nor did we apply for any credit. We kept our balance at 50.00 for the purpose of not taking huge losses due to toll fraud. It was our intention to only be able to lose up to 50.00 in the event of fraud. [redacted] allowed our account to go over the 50.00 and subsequently billed us for 657.28 and is demanding full payment even though its not warranted. They will take no responsibility of any kind for the incident. Despite my many phone calls no one from management will return any of my calls or request to make any arrangements to resolve this matter.Desired SettlementFull Credit at this time.
